"I always stay at this hotel when in Frankfurt. It is beautiful and luxurious with great location and service. This time I notice the young lady checking me in did not seem to want to upgrade my room until I mentioned it. She did after I asked but it was not the best upgrade as I have received beautiful suite upgrades before. Nevertheless I still had a great stay. Love the smoking room located at the hotel too. "

"Excellent stay in Frankfurt! What a well appointed, spacious room in a modern hotel. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was walkable to Romerberg and restaurants. The staff are truly efficient and so helpful. Everyone from front desk and in the restaurant were so attentive, warm and accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay here again!"

"Compact and clean one bedroom apartment. We had all we need for a comfortable stay. Complete kitchen utensils. It was a bit too small though for 3 people with the sofabed open. Easy check in with an app. The apartment was located within walking distance from the old town. Overall, highly recommended."
