2 bedroom, 2 bath, with patio and grill for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather
Laterra is located within the beautiful master planned community of World Golf Village. The clubhouse and 1st tee are less than 1/2 mile from the condo. There is a pool in Laterra as well as a fitness center and community pool for World Golf Village a few blocks away. Go to the wonderful Atlantic beaches or taken in the Historic District, all a short drive away

Had wonderful stay, very clean, lots of space, and really well stocked( they thought of everything - even lots of extra towels- a godsend with teens). Loved to community - it was really quiet but close enough to stores, restaurants and everything we needed.

We loved our stay there. The location of the unit is perfect, quiet and easy access to green space. It was awesome to have an in unit laundry. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We loved it so much we plan on a stay there next winter.

Quiet relaxing stay

Stephen was an amazing host. Wven tho we had some ac issues that were not his fault he was so prompt at communicating and assisting. The property was clean and very well furnished. Will be staying again if I ever need to stay in the area!

Stay Away

I had great communication prior to booking with owner and shared the purpose of the trip, travel plans and guest names. It was critical to have a smooth check in process and stay for only 2 nights stay during the week. We were NOT there for golf. We just needed a calm place to sleep and rest to recover from 1500 miles trip. Unfortunately, the gate guard did not have my name on the guest list upon arriving. I contacted the owner via messenger and it took hours to return my message. It was not until past 10pm that he replied assuring my name was on the list and providing a phone number that read like xxx-xxx xx Guest had already made other arrangements due to host late response. Checking process needs to be smoother and phone number be provided via text as guest provide cell number. Also, responsiveness is critical. Guest should have no restrictions to access property after 4pm and allowing access after 10 Pm is unacceptable. Instructions are very cumbersome and can be improved easily. Fortunately, I enjoy escape rooms games. Unless this is resolved, I would encourage to stay away.

Poor communication

When we arrived at the property there was a gate with an attendant. We received no instructions for this. We gave the attendant our names and weren’t on the “list”. We gave our address and unit number. We continued to get questioned. When we finally got in the second bedroom requires it’s own key which we never received a code or instructions for that lockbox. The place was nice, but check in instructions and communication need to improve.
