In the evening, unwind with a glass of wine or beer beside the crackling firepit, lounging in Adirondack chairs under the starlit sky. Inside the barn, the rustic charm of pine ceilings and walls creates a cozy atmosphere where you can cook a delicious meal, catch up on your favorite shows, or engage in a friendly card game at the table.

The fully stocked kitchen awaits, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, a selection of K cups, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, and all the utensils and cookware you need. Whether you're cooking your day's catch or ingredients from local stores, you'll find everything you need to whip up a satisfying meal.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample storage space, with a clothes rack and hangers for your convenience. Freshen up in the spacious walk-in shower, complete with towels and complimentary soaps, after a day of beachcombing or exploring the area.

Located just off US1, the Barndominium offers easy access to Crescent Beach, downtown St. Augustine, and Palm Coast, all within a short drive. Nearby dining options include Smokin’ D’s BBQ, Publix Super Market, and the renowned Commander’s Shellfish Camp. Plus, with a fish gutting station onsite, you can prepare your fresh catch with ease.

For longer stays, inquire about our special rates for weekly and monthly bookings. We welcome pets, with a limit of one per stay and an additional fee. Rest assured, the property is equipped with video cameras for added security, and your host resides onsite for any assistance you may need.
