2 patios, one with a screen enclosure, opens to green space with pool view. Just beyond the pool is the stairway to heaven, also known as Crescent Beach.
The resort also offers a tennis/pickleball court, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, 2 pools, 3 private beach walkways.
The space
Primary bedroom has king bed with a rollaway twin bed, which can be placed in any room.
Second bedroom has twin bed and full bed.
All mattresses are memory foam except for twin in second bedroom.
Ample closet space.
Well lit day and night.
Plenty of linens, beach towels.
Outside closet packed full of beach and pool toys as well as folding beach chairs.
Inside cabinets offer games, books, puzzles, art supplies.
Living room smart tv and tv in each bedroom- primary bedroom has firestick. Cable channels on all tvs.
Parking just outside front door.
Many upgrades inside.

Ground floor condo unit. Approx. 1200 sf.
2 private, covered patios out back that open to a tropically landscaped green area perfect for tossing a ball, or playing games. 1 patio is screened for a little more privacy. Pool is visible from patio and just steps away. It is gated. The beach is just beyond the pool.
Other things to note
Crescent Beach is one of the most beautiful, if not the most, on the east coast. Wide, powdery sand beaches and often times crystal clear, turquoise waters.
