Very large 1BD, 1BA Ocean Front Complex, Ground Floor, Wifi, Hdtv, Large pool

This family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St Augustine beach (Crescent Beach). The condo complex is directly on the beach front. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.

The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided.

The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room.

The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. The entire unit was repainted and the furnishings were replaced.

Yes we found the place in very good condition. Very clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to change the bifold doors….none of them stay on track. Another suggestion would be to trim the area out back so that more sun comes in and the view would be so much better. Otherwise great!

Lovely condo - right on the beach!

This is my favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! My husband and I have stayed here several times & enjoy the clean & comfortable condo. It truly is close to the beach - you can see the ocean! It is so quiet and peaceful in the complex and it makes for a pleasant, restful stay.

This was perfect- I love the St. Augustine area and had great luck finding this unit to rent during my stay. Additionally, I’m excited to state that this was an extremely accessible unit for my son who has level 3 ASD, Coming from Chicago, I know very little of the area, but I confidently know that this host cares and ensures you’ll have the easiest trip ever. The unit also comes with beach equipment, any spices or oils needed for cooking, extra linens, and being right outside from the pool was a huge plus.
