  • Newly Updated Townhouse! This family-friendly vacation rental on Anastasia Island is located in a welcoming, oceanfront community that is minutes from historic downtown. There are new laminate floors throughout. The freshly remodeled kitchen features sparkling new appliances, Quartz countertops, and new kitchen cabinets. The whole home has tasteful decor and crown molding throughout. All the comforts of home are here for you.
    Property Information: This home is approximately 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garage. A delightful view of the complex''s two pools and even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has a private balcony. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. Every sleeping area has a TV and there is designated, lighting-fast wifi throughout. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost.
    The Ponce Landing complex's grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.
