This delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom bungalow, built prior to 1900, offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Nestled in the prime location of the Abbott Tract Historic District, 19 Locust is just a 5-minute stroll from the storied Castillo de San Marcos and historic downtown. With the beach just a short jaunt away, you'll have equally easy access to all the attractions this enchanting area has to offer.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds, and the home has one bathroom, typical of a historic house.

For the adventurous souls, we've got you covered! Saddle up the provided bikes and cruise the picturesque streets of the city; or pack up the provided beach chairs to enjoy a day of sun and surf. Feel like staying in but still craving a rush? Throw down with some corn hole right in the back yard—all friendly competition, of course!

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen awaits, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals with the fresh local produce you can pick up at the farmers market just down the road. All of these outings you can enjoy stress-free: with convenient off-street parking for 2 cars, you can go and come as you please with no need to worry about downtown parking, enabling you to explore the city of St. Augustine and its surroundings to the fullest. The front and back pavers can be slippery when wet. Please watch your step.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome; no other pets, please. The back yard is fenced. All dogs must be included on the reservation, and a $125 pet fee applies to every stay with a dog. Because dogs do stay here, you may notice a little pet hair now and then, even after a thorough clean.
