We absolutely loved everything about the St. Augustine Beach house. It was a beautiful, intimate space right on the beach with gorgeous views and easy access. They provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc., They are family a dog friendly but it’s also perfect for couples. The service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. The free breakfast was not your normal continental breakfast; we had menu options and it was prepared for us each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We cannot wait to go back again! Highly recommend!

Great location

It was a great place! Literally on the beach. Many things walking distance and they offered umbrellas and beach chairs, breakfast was nice. The view from the room was awesome!

Loved St Augustine

Everything was clean, staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good & convenient. The only negatives I have are the beach chairs & umbrellas they provided had many broken ones you had to check all of them before you take them down to the beach which is kinda a pain. The other complaint I have is this hotel has NO POOL, and I was disappointed with that but the beach is very close & easy to access. Other than that it’s a great place!! .

We didn’t bring pets and I was still impressed with their consideration for dogs, staff could not have been more efficient and super nice, breakfast was a wonderful touch, it was clean and comfortable and the view and beach access!!! Wow

Disappointed with our stay. We wanted a short getaway and decided to stay here. Front desk was friendly but the room was a bit dark and counters a bit outdated. We paid for a King premium oceanview but the room didn't look anything like the website picture. Nonetheless, the view was very nice. In the middle of the night I went to the bathroom only to be greeted by a couple of roaches!...we were then woken up by early morning (7:30 ish) guitar playing and what I'm guessing was Sunday worship directly across from our room. We would have appreciated a heads up about this, prior to booking and spending a ton of money for a room that left us feeling exhausted and disgusted. If we wanted to stay in a room with roaches and noise, we could have stayed at a low budget motel and saved A LOT of money! Prior to writing this review we spoke to guest services and all they offered was an apology and excuses for roaches. Not acceptable for the kind of money we dropped for one night.

This beautiful beachfront property is a hidden gem. Vilano beach is pristine and the views from this property are priceless. The staff are genuine and kind. The amenities such as the free breakfast and beach supplies were wonderful. A great getway if you are looking for peace and tranquility!
