Welcome to The Grand Augustine, where history and luxury collide! This brand new home was built side by side with its sister property, The Royal Floridian. Perfectly put together with custom craftsman finishes, historic decor, and plush furniture.

This home is located just steps to downtown and directly across from Francis Field, giving you the PRIME location to all St. Augustines top events.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to both the main 4 bedroom home, apartment studio, garage game room, as well as a heated pool.

Other Things to Note:
2 ring security cameras are installed: 1 at the front door of the main home and an additional camera from the back of the home, facing the pool area.

**Important** If booking for a wedding group, bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required. Small events may be approved for an additional fee, please inquire.

What a great property. Everything was as shown. Very close, walking distance to old town, the fort and some great places to eat. Heated pool and game room filled in the evenings.
