My husband and I had the best week at this house! Our dog too! The home is beautiful and clean and has everything you need from toiletries, cleaning supplies and beach gear. Although you can’t see the ocean because of the dunes, the boardwalk is right next to the property and has super easy access to the beach just steps away. The area is also perfect because there are so many restaurants and shops near by. We will definitely be back!

You just can’t beat this location. Absolutely awesome beach access, and round the clock ocean sounds. The street has parking for public beach access, so there’s lots of smiling surfers walking to and from the beach. We enjoyed every second, and would love to stay again!

Stayed for a quick 3 nights and had a great experience. House was on the beach with only the dune separating you from the water. Great green space for playing sports with the kids and quiet at night. Definitely recommend for future stays.

This is about as close to the beach as one can get. The house is somewhat dated, but functional and comfortable enough. The host was very responsive, getting back to us in a matter of minutes when we reached out to him with questions.

Beautiful beach cottage

This cottage is the perfect beach cottage. It is in a wonderful area. JP was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfy and the living space was generous for our family of three. The lot is large for being on the beach and our child loved running around playing. The kitchen has newer appliances and was well stocked with cookware and diningware. We would 100% stay again. We started looking at dates before we even left.

Mother and son get away for Mother's Day week. House location is amazing, and the size of house is perfect for 2 (or small family/1 bathroom). We would stay here again! Could not find an outlet in bathroom, older home with outdated electric throughout, smart stove could not figure out (pans there that would not work, had to call owner), outdoor furniture is older, full sun, an umbrella would have been amazing on deck for those that want less sun. These are minor call outs, but the house is nicely decorated, older with charm, beach towels, etc. available, and again the location is unbelievable being on the beach and so close to great spots to eat and shop. We would not look to stay somewhere else if we returned - we would book there!

Wonderful beach getaway cottage

We truly enjoyed staying in this cozy beach cottage. It was an authentic and well-loved cottage and perfect for the two of us. It was in a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach (especially with the new walkway). The sun porch was so nice in the afternoon it rained where we sat and read our books. JP was the perfect host and so quick and responsive to any questions. We would book again!

The property was a comfortable place to spend time just relaxing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. The only discrepancy would be the VRBO description states "Dishwasher" and there is not one available. Also, there are a large selection of pots and pans, but only 3 that worked on the convection stovetop. but being that there was just 2 of us it all worked out fine.

Wonderful home

The house is bright, clean, inviting and we felt right at home almost immediately!!! We watched the sunrise every morning on the beach and it is literally footsteps away. I spend a lot of time relaxing on the back deck and some cooler mornings in the relaxing sunroom. Can’t wait to come visit again, thank you for sharing your home with us.
