Southern Charmer w/ Pool and Stellar Location-Walk to Everything Downtown!

This beautiful pool home with amazing location provides all you need for an exceptional stay! You'll have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, parking for 4, private pool, fast wifi, outdoor shower, gas grill, tv in every bedroom (streaming Netflix, Prime and YoutubeTV plus fast wifi. This light and bright open concept main floor has tall ceilings, Living Room, modern Kitchen with island seating and dining room space for 6-8...this house is so well equipped if we don't provide it you probably don't need it!

Main Floor:

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, marble backsplash and an island with seating for 3. The Living Room has a large 60 inch wall hung TV, 2 sofas and the Dining Room has seating for 6-8. Light and bright with windows overlooking the Mission and the pool...it is a relaxing space after a busy day of sightseeing. Also downstairs are a 1/2 bath, pantry and laundry area for your convenience.

The first floor Primary bedroom is spacious with King Bed. vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, wall hung TV and an en-suite bath with large walk in shower and glass shower doors.

Second Floor:

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms...two with Queen beds and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each bedroom has it's own wall hung TV and ceiling fan. The full bath upstairs is a tub/shower combination with glass shower doors. There is a central hallway leading to an upper porch with beautiful views of the Mission.

Outside:

There is a spacious deck area for lounging. The pool has a waterfall feature and swim up bench so relaxing is easy. You'll also find an outdoor shower, patio dining table with seating for 6, several lounge chairs and gas grill. There is green space and all of this is fully fenced and private.

Guests rave about our location! We are in a neighborhood located adjacent to the famed Castillo de San Marcos (the Fort) and the Mission. There are shops and restaurants at the end of the block and you can easily walk to St. George street.

External security cameras in use. This is for your protection and protection of the property. Video recordings occur incrementally. Video is routinely deleted by the system and would only be shared with law enforcement as needed. Exterior cameras overlook each driveway (there are 2). The front driveway camera includes a portion of the pool.

Lovely Home

We had a group of 8 and this house fit our needs perfectly. The pool and location were excellent, house was cute and comfortable and so much was provided from coffee to cleaning supplies, kitchenware, games, and pool towels.

Great location and stylish home

My family and I were visiting for a wedding and this home was perfect for the occasion. Walking distance to our wedding venue, shopping, and restaurants. The house is in great condition, the beds are comfortable, and the pool is a nice addition.

Great home in a wonderful neighborhood

My wife and I had our college aged daughter and a few friends meet us at this house for a long weekend. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, and absolutely loved walking through the neighborhood for our frequent trips to downtown St. Augustine.

Great House and location

We were a group of ladies spending a few days in St. Augustine. The house was just as advertise and perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the pool. We walked everyday to the shopping and eateries. Would definitely recommend this home!

Terrific house

Beautifully appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. The host has provided everything you need….even coffee! It was a great couple of days with a ton of walking. Perfect stay!

We will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect. Everything was very comfortable and exactly as listed. The home was spacious, clean, and very functional. We stayed with my elderly parents and adult child. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located by a short walk to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful rental

We booked this home for a quick short stay for our family to have a little relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what it provided! Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Loved being able to walk to get coffee in the mornings and relax by pool or sit on the picture perfect front porch and enjoy it! Manager was super kind and responsive, booking and checking in very simple. I hope we get to book again at some point!

Amazing Location and Beautiful Home

Home is centrally located in the middle of all attractions. If you are looking for a comfortable homey and beautiful place to stay I wouldn’t look any further. Home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a door which I loved if you have small ones you don’t need to worry about the stairs and down stairs a master bedroom. Home also has a nice backyard with a beautiful pool.

The house was spotless. Plenty of everything needed, towels, bedding, paper products. Coffee and creamer provided, small snacks, etc. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. About a half a mile walk to downtown. We will stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

This rental was absolutely amazing—one of the best rentals I have made in VRBO. The house was clean and beautiful inside and out and was in the best location—close to the Historic District with great shops down the street. From the little snack basket, coffee fixings, abundance of towels and all the other stocked amenities—everything was so wonderful. Pauline kept in touch and was a wonderful host. My family and I can’t wait to come back and stay at this property next time we are in town. Highly recommend this wonderful home!!
