  • Welcome to Seashell Oasis, your private slice of paradise just a short stroll from the beach! This new construction retreat is the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, thoughtfully designed to make your stay relaxing, fun, & unforgettable.

    Whether you're planning a sun-soaked family vacation, or a golf weekend with friends, Seashell Oasis is your home away from home—complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and your very own putting green.


    We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.


    Located in Treasure Beach just a half mile walk to the ocean and to restaurants including the Back 40 A1A Grill and Viola's Italian.


    Guests will have access to the entire house minus two locked hall closets.

The Perfect Family Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! We had four adults, four young kids, and a newborn, and the house was honestly perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone, and having the pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The kids had so much fun, and it gave the adults a chance to relax too. The kitchen was exactly what we needed, and we loved being able to cook and enjoy lots of home-cooked meals together. It really made the house feel like a home away from home. The kids enjoyed movie nights, while the adults were able to watch football on Sunday, so everyone had a great time. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge bonus with four kids and a newborn! We really appreciated all the extras, too. There were plenty of kitchen essentials, bathroom soap, toilet paper, pool and beach towels, and beach gear in the garage. The garage itself was HUGE and was perfect for storing everything we brought. Everything we needed to have a comfortable stay was there. There were a couple of very minor things, like the garage door not working and the garbage disposal not being turned on when we arrived, but these were small issues and definitely didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. One tip for larger groups: if you plan on cooking a lot, I’d recommend bringing extra paper towels, trash bags, and food storage containers. We went through the paper towels pretty quickly with our group, but the house was otherwise very well stocked with the essentials. The location was also fantastic. We loved being close to the beach while still feeling like we were truly on vacation. It was only about 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine, which made it so easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and everything else the area has to offer. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family getaway. The house, pool, hot tub, location, and overall setup made it such a fun and relaxing trip for all of us. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for families or larger groups. Five stars all around!
