Fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Towels, beach towels, and bedding provided. 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella are in the unit. Onsite parking. No contact check in. The efficiency was perfect for our mini vacation. The Murphy bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was all we needed since we didn't cook but did put together snacks, breakfast, and leftovers. Great location for diverse restaurants
