Oceanview 2 Bedroom Flat Summerhouse 322

Ocean view two bedroom, two bath flat. It is furnished with a king in master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Two TV's, DVD player. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location- unit needs some maintenance:Master bedroom shower only allows Luke-warm water other shower is fine as are the facets.Toilets and bathroom sinks drain very slow, toilets need to be flushed twice at times.no tv remote in master bedroom.Unit needs overall inspection to insure all is as it should be.
