Amazing

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Views are amazing from the balcony. Loved the convenience of how close we were to the beach, especially with a child.

Close to Perfect

Other than a very minor issue with the ice maker, this place was just about perfect. The photos shown are quite accurate. With the bedrooms and full bathrooms upstairs and the common areas, including a 1/2 bath, all on the main level, it's perfectly set up. The A/C worked very well; so refreshing when returning from hours at the beach. My friends and I have a blast and would highly recommend to others.

Great Condos at Sea Haven!

We've stayed at 2 different Condos at Sea Haven, several times each. Both are excellent! This makes for an excellent 1-week vacation for us. The facilities are superb — and you can't beat being so close to the beach & ocean. The price is reasonable — and Casey in the front desk makes arrangement easy, pleasant and efficient. We plan on returning often. THANK YOU!

Great stay, Fantastic Location

Everything is as it appears in the pictures. We had a great stay. Location is great! There is actually a trundle bed in the room with a twin. We did not use, but if anyone was wondering. You cannot beat the view or the distance to the beach. If only it was a little warmer and less rainy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are all clean. Felt like home! 👍🏼 Will definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo in Superb Location

We were greatly looking forward to our week-long "escape" to Sea Haven, given restrictions resulting from the corona virus pandemic. We were not disappointed. The location (right next to the beach, which we could see from our condo) is unbeatable. Casey & other staff are excellent — always willing to work with you and address your needs. Our condo was clean (extra-clean, given current pandemic). We will be returning to Sea Haven in the near future!

Perfect Beach Trip

This was the perfect area and perfect condo for us. The unit was on the corner - ocean front, right by walkway to beach, and steps from the pool. There were no elevators to wait on and no steps in the beach walkway. The condo had everything we needed. The communication with Condorental.com was easy and prompt. Perhaps best of all, there is low population density right there so the beach was not crowded at all. Highly recommend properties managed by condorental.com - especially this complex and this unit. Wonderful vacation.

Oceanfront townhouse!

You cannot find a better view of the ocean! Sunrises while sitting up in the king size master bed or out on the porch are gorgeous. The home is super clean with all the essentials. Only steps to soft sand beach with perfect size waves for all to enjoy. And the pool is very refreshing after a day at the beach. It does not get sny better than this. Highly recommended!

The location is great. Very close to the pool and beach access. The kitchen is well stocked. The 3rd bedroom that says twin, actually has a trundle bed so there are 2 beds in that room. The place needs to be updated. There are some cracked, loose tiles on the stairs. The place has no beach towels. The front door handle is loose. The guest room queen bed sags/dips, very uncomfortable. They need a new hot water heater. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and never had enough hot water. We would shower the kids and then have to wait for the adults to take showers. Also, the shower pressure is not great. There is only 1 parking place and very limited guest parking. We had to park our second car in a spot and not move it because everyone was trying to find guest parking and there is just not a lot at the complex.

Spacious, Clean, Favorite Condo at St.Augustine

This condo is my favorite to go to. It’s especially clean, is modern, has extra space inside and a bigger balcony as well. The view is incredible and you instantly feel at peace when you walk into the spacious living room and see the ocean. The appliances are up to date and the decor is fresh and not cheesy. (Only slight downside is the WiFi needs to be stronger for streaming Netflix.)

Perfect location for a St Augustine get away. We had our recent “staycation” here because we knew that you could not pick a better location to be near everything in downtown St Augustine but also enjoy a great deal of privacy. Incredible restaurants literally in walking distance and a view of the beach that wraps around 180 degrees. The best benefit to the condo is the beach access. There are very few public access points close so you enjoy a truly un-crowded beach experience. Take it from us as we have lived in this area out entire lives....that's nearly impossible to find these days!

Amazing little gem

This was a tremendous stay! We never had been to St Augustine but it was a very memorable vacation. The unit was extremely clean and had a lot of stocked books, games and activities for kids as well! The smart TVs were brand new and connected to all the services. We loved the location and the community it was in was well maintained and the pool was very nice to have as well. The property management company was very responsive and provided assistance on anything we asked and top notch in their communication and service. Overall, we would LOVE to stay again!

Review of girls weekend

Condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with the sliding glass door onto the porch. Had to get maintenance up to condo 3 times because door would not open. Even maint men had difficulty opening. Also the step down into the kitchen living area is a hazard. Not marked well enough. Tile all the same color. Would not recommend condo for older (over 60) adults.

This condo has absolutely everything you would need for your stay. The view from the back patio and master bedroom are stunning!! This place is very clean amd cozy!! We definitely recommend it, and will be staying there again!!

Once again our family enjoyed a great week at Sea Haven 212! Your staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Our condo was clean and fresh with many amenities provided for our use that sometimes are not seen. The grounds and pool area were exceptionally clean and welcoming. For the past several years my family and I have had the pleasure of staying in Unit 212 for our yearly beach trip! The unit is so open, bright, comfortable and tastefully appointed, and we love it. There are many little things provided by the owners for the renters' use that are convenient and useful. There are really no significant deficiencies to be noted, but the mat in front of the kitchen sink has see its day, along with the coffeemaker. These are minor, and commenting on them is only done in a constructive way. Upon arrival we were appreciative of the thoughtfulness of the owners in leaving a welcoming note and bottle of wine for our use. We cannot say enough about our great week in 212 this year, and we have already made arrangements to stay there again next summer! Looking forward to 2019!
