From this beach front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom two-story townhouse at St. Augustine Beach’s Sea Place complex you can feel the sea breeze and fall asleep watching and listening to the Atlantic Ocean surf. The Sea Place complex is right off historic Butler Beach on A1A South conveniently located in the center of all that Anastasia Island has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, water sport rentals, great fishing, beautiful beaches, and much more.

This beach-front property features an upgraded kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are TVs in all bedrooms and the unit has free WIFI. Linens, towels are fully stocked. The Sea Place complex is oceanfront with a swimming pool, multiple private tennis courts, racquetball, and a private walkway to the beach. The courtyard and large sunbathing area around the pool offers space to relax and watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lounger.

This property is also a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine is a must see, with its historic buildings, fort & famous St. George Street. Great restaurants abound, in town & at the beach. Play tennis on Anastasia Island or go golf at the many courses St. Augustine has to offer including those at World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John’s County Course, and many others for every playing level and price range.

Lazy days or whatever pace you desire, excellent restaurants for every taste, nightly entertainment, locally or in town. Nearby, downtown St. Augustine is an ideal day trip no matter your group dynamic or interests. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon’s famous Fountain of Youth. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. Amazing view

This was a great property. Close to historic St. Augustine and beach access was very close. The view from the balconies was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend.

Christmas vacation

Property was very clean and quiet with an oceanfront view to practically your own private beach. Only a 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend this place for your next Florida vacation

Great location, great view

Place was clean, in a great location, with really nice beach views. Really enjoyed our stay. If I had to pick something to complain about the bed in the master bedroom was creamy, springs seemed a bit worn out, but overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great! Not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Boardwalk was close to us, and made for a short walk to the beach! Absolutely beautiful condo! The view was amazing from living room and master bedroom! We even got a Suoer moon one evening! The place was so clean, well decorated and very comfy! Candy was amazing! Despite a couple of hiccups, she was on top of it immediately and so very accommodating! We will definitely be back to this location! Hopefully sooner than later! Thank you Candy for making our stay so special! We truly enjoyed our time there celebrating our 21st anniversary!

Could have stayed another week!

This is a beautifully appointed property with a nice view of the ocean. Very relaxing and most comfortable. Perfect for our walking on the beach. There were many extras we didn't utilize like beach chairs and umbrella, etc. The decor really appealed to us enhancing the stay.

Weekend get away

My wife and I stayed for the weekend so we could enjoy St. Augustine & the Christmas light display. The townhouse was very clean and was as described and displayed in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The Perfect Choice!

We've been going to St. Augustine for 25 years, and this property is at the top of the list. It has been well updated and is very clean and organized. Being able to lay in bed and watch the sun rise over the ocean was amazing! I would definitely recommend this property!

Last hoorah before school

We had a great last trip before school started. The condo was clean and had more than we bargained for with sweet touches that showed the extra care given. The property manager was quick to answer any questions. Definitely on our short list of places to stay!

Beautiful, Exactly as described!

Our family of four (9, 17, and two adults) stayed for three nights in March for Florida spring break. The condo has two beautiful balconies that look right over the ocean. The unit was clean and well stocked. There are plenty of towels and beach towels for guest use as well. We have stayed in different units in Sea Place for years. Candy was an excellent host from start to finish. We loved our experience and will return!

Amazing beach property!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time last week, and we loved it! It was very clean and well maintained! It had an incredible view of the ocean and was very spacious! The pools were beautiful and clean! It was very peaceful, listening to the ocean waves on our balcony and relaxing at the pool! It has easy access to the beach and ocean on a nice boardwalk, which is stretched over a beautiful nature area between our condo and the beach! The neighborhood is great and includes tennis courts, basketball and bocci ball areas! The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! It was especially nice to have a balcony on both levels of the condo! There are many attractions and restaurants nearby!! Such a fun place to visit and lots to do, but having a great place to unwind and relax was a big perk to staying here!! Great job to everyone that welcomed us and made such a nice stay for us!!

Wonderful

Just perfect. To be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom (with a king bed!) was an absolute dream. Exactly what we were looking for. The condo was up to date and super clean, very spacious and actually has 3 bathrooms! It’s close enough to eveything, especially if you want to head into st Augustine and a Publix around the corner, but when you’re at the condo it’s so quiet and relaxing. Our host was wonderful, accommodating and great with communication. Def will return and def recommend.

Great location and view

Super clean 2-floor unit well outfitted with everything you could need. The host even provides beach towels and body wash! The view from both balconies was perfect and we loved sitting outside to listen to the ocean. The primary bedroom mattress was so comfortable, I could have slept through the whole trip. Water pressure was great and the decor was very classy. I appreciated the night lights in all bathrooms and the remote controlled fans. The scented plug ins may not be to everyone’s taste, but if that is the only issue, I’m still more than satisfied.

Every detail you can think of that you would like to have in a place when you are away from home was thought of by the owner. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked; not bare bones like you typically get. The views were great, location perfect, just steps to the beach. Will definitely be returning.

Girls Beach Trip 2025

The condo at Sea Place is located close to plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations, not to mention it is close to downtown St. Augustine, the old city. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and perfect for three people. Beach access is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Unit and Location

The unit was very well stocked and clean! The location was perfect. From the front door it was about a 2 min walk to the be on the beach and 1 min walk to be in the pool. The walkway to the beach was easy and clean. This is now our favorite beach and condo we've stayed in! Will definitely rebook!
