    This back duplex includes essential kitchen items (spices not included), a living room with a TV, and bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Enjoy a private entrance from the kitchen's back, leading to a cozy seating area for two. The property is conveniently situated next to trolley parking, separated by a private fence.

    Respect quiet hours; 10 PM to 8 AM
    -To ensure cleanliness, the dishwasher should be run the night before leaving. If this isn't possible, all dishes must be washed by hand on the day of departure.
    -Reach out to host when changing temperature on thermostat
    -No smoking inside
    -Trash bins are in front of the home
    -Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in.
    **Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.
    -This is the back unit of a two unit home
    -Thermostat is in front unit set at 72°
    -Security Cameras are on the property directed at front entrance
    -Only guests on reservation are allowed on the property.
    -Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

Cozy, comfortable bed for good sleeping, hot shower, clean bathroom. Very comfortable for two people. Kitchen has the needed microwave, refrigerator, stove, eating and cooking utensils. Great for a home base whether business or vacation. Relax and watch some television. Restaurants and shopping near by. The lighthouse and Spanish fort are a must see.

This is a great property and an excellent location for exploring everything St. Augustine has to offer! It’s only about 5 minutes from downtown, located in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to attractions like the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth.The place was clean, well-prepared for our arrival, and check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made for an easy and enjoyable stay.The only minor downside was the seating inside. The couch was smaller than expected and wasn’t very comfortable for more than one person, but since we spent most of our time out exploring, it really wasn’t a big issue. The bed was also a little firmer than our preference, but if you like a firmer mattress, it likely won’t bother you.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again for the convenience, location, and ease of the experience.
