Nautical Smile - Newly Renovated Beach House One Short Block to Ocean!

  • Welcome to Nautical Smile!! Anchors aweigh towards a delightful vacation in this bright and cheery two bedroom beach house. Only one short block to the ocean! Within walking distance to the pier and an easy 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine!

    Our beach house features two bedrooms and two full baths. A master with a Queen Size Bed and private Master Bathroom and a Guest Room with a twin bunk bed and full size convertible futon.

    Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite cable TV, DVD and DVD library and free WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom.

    Additional amenities include beachcomber bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to tow your items to and from the beach. It also includes board games, puzzles and toys/games.

    The exterior offers a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. The yard is enclosed with an 8 foot fence ensuring privacy.

    All Linens Provided.

    Dogs are welcome.

    Smoking is not permitted.

    Maximum 6 people.

    We welcome mini vacations as well as extended vacations.
