  • Great ground floor condo with private entrance on the Beach side of A1A Beach Blvd in the highly sought after Ocean Villas. 1300 sf of indoor living space, and over 600 sf of patio space. Master en-suite has King bed, bedroom 2 queen bed, bedroom 3 two twins, and the living room has sleeper sofa. Great for familys of all ages and wheelchair accessible to boot. Just one little step into the shower! The morning sun washes across the 30 foot wide patio to start each day. Living room and master both open onto this patio. The queen room opens to an additional smaller patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Unit is tastefully appointed, and comes fully furnished with everything to make your vacation worry free. Make sure you take a stroll around the zero entry pool on your way to the Ocean. Ocean Villas also boasts a heated pool and lush landscaping. You'll have a short minute walk to either pool, and a minute more to the sand. Gazebo that over looks the main pool and ocean offer great photo opportunities. Community is equipped with horseshoe pits, BBQ grills, bocce court, and plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Our unit is equipped with beach chairs, coolers, skim and boogie boards, and a beach cart to get it all to the beach. You will also find pool and beach toys for the little ones in the deck back located on the large patio. Ingenuity Smart and Simple Playard, (Portable crib) available on request. Monthly rates available, inquire with us for details. Small and medium sized dogs only.

Great Stay!

The condo was everthing we needed for a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The complex was awesome, even got to swim in the nicely heated pool in the cooler weather. Can't say enough about the beautiful beach and views. Hope to return some day.

Great location

Loved the comfort of the new mattresses , pull out bed in living room and loved the patios . The house has lots of items you can use while your there which is really nice. The neighbors were all nice and we all enjoyed our vacation very much. The host are wonderful.

Great time at Ocean Villas

We had a great time at Ocean Villas with the family last week. The location is convenient to everything we enjoy doing around the St. Augustine and greater JAX area. The condo was the perfect setup for us to easily get to the beach, and gave us plenty of room to spread out when we wanted a break from the sun. The process getting in and checking out was super simple which helped provide an overall great experience!

This was the most well equipped rental we've ever stayed in and we've have stayed at a lot of places! We were two older couples, but this condo had everything a family with children would need as well. There was a lovely welcome basket for us, coffee pods, soaps and some paper goods.The appliances were great, lots of glassware and dishes.The complex was very nice with two pools and close access to the beach. Everything was as advertised. We would highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Setting and Location

This unit was all that it was advertised, clean and comfortable. Just blocks away from grocery, restaurants and services and yet quiet and pool and beach oriented.Best part was our communication with the owner which really became important as hurricane Milton bore down on us. First time in St. Augustine and had a great stay at the property. Condo was clean and has everything that we need. The complex has 2 heated pools and direct beach access, and is only 10 minutes away from the historic downtown. Owners were great and very accommodating, and communication was flawless. They even took the time to write us a welcome note. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful experience

The unit was immaculate and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was a short walk to the beach, which was quiet and clean. Everybody enjoyed the heated pool! Beds were already made, ready to climb in! We slept blissfully! Towels were fluffy and there were extras availble by the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this rental!

Second Stay For Us

Our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. We appreciate the unit is on the ground floor and really enjoy sitting on the patio having a meal or snack. The gas grill is a plus! The unit is roomy and clean. The hosts have furnished it comfortably. The kitchen has most any dish or tool you need for preparing a meal. The complex is in a nice location, close to several restaurants and stores. We find it as an ideal location when we visit St. Augustine.

We absolutely loved this property. It is ideally located and is extremely close to the beach. The complex is very nice. The kitchen was the most fully stocked kitchen ever. Cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner there was a breeze. There was a pie dish, rolling pen, turkey baster and meat thermometer. The only thing that the kitchen didn’t come with was a chef! Communicating with the host was extremely easy. They were very responsive and extremely accommodating. The bedrooms were very nice and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. There were also very nice outdoor seating areas. Overall, the unit was very clean. The only area that need needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of the floor. A deep scrubbing is in order. Because I know the host are so responsive and want to make this a wonderful experience for us renters, I know they will address this. With this in mind, I have no problem giving this a 10 star rating.

Excellent Stay

This property & its owners were a dream. We had multiple generations from 3 states to enjoy our daughter’s graduation from UF. The pre-stay communication was helpful & informative. The condo was clean, organized, welcoming & in the perfect location. The kitchen was probably better equipped than most people’s homes. We had a minor maintenance issue & it was taken care of immediately and efficiently. The only regret we had was not knowing about this location when she started at UF 4 years ago!! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you!!

Relaxing

What a wonderful relaxing place. We enjoyed this condo with our daughter, SIL and grands. We celebrated a “belated” Christmas and New Year’s with our family. The owners had a Christmas tree which assisted with the whole Christmas atmosphere. The rooms and condo were spacious. Having direct beach access was wonderful not to mention the amazing supply of beach toys and chairs for our use. The heated pool was very nice as well. The patio area was very nice to sit and watch kids play. Our dogs enjoyed the patio area as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were so easy to get in touch with. This condo is quite convenient to downtown St Augustine and local restaurants. You won’t be disappointed!!

Outstanding Service!

This was the easiest stay at a VRBO ever. They gave me the information needed long before I was worried about it, called me in advance to check if I had any questions, and even offered us an earlier check in time since the house was ready. They made several visible upgrades to the home since I had booked it, making it a great deal. Fully stocked with spices, cooking supplies, and games you can EASILY stay just at the house and not go anywhere. But the home was an easy walk to see the sun rise over the ocean. It was a quick Uber to downtown to see the holiday lights. It was central to shopping, entertainment, and great food. The hosts were SO kind. The place is also spacious with lots of great outdoor space. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and communicative. I would definitely book here again.
