Everything you need - well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and included all the necessities. I would not hesitate to stay here.Very short walk to beach.

New house at a great location, walking distance to the beach and short drive to St. Augustine. Great amenities, and Nick was very responsive to any small concern.

Home is in a great location spacious and comfortable. Close to downtown and walking distance to beach, Publix, coffee shops and restaurants. No beach equipment so if you’re going for the beach specifically bring your own chairs, beach towels etc. I do believe there was an umbrella and boogie board. Host communication was ok but could have been better we checked in and AC was not working didn’t get a response until the next morning. Thankful they were able to get someone out that day to repair AC unit for the rest of our stay. I would stay here again.

Checking easy, no issues. House as expected, good safe location. Bed frame broken, reported but never heard back. Inside of washer and drier dirty with hair and lots of lint.

The house was amazing!! Very clean, right down the road from beach. Location was great becasue it was very quiet in the neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for me and family. The property owners would respomd bery quickly if I had a question. Would highly recommend this property. And will certainly be a future guest again.

Property is an easy walk from the beach but if you bring a lot of stuff like us there is public parking very close. House was great and we had a nice family weekend.

Wedding anniversary

Wonderful house, wonderful location! We chose this spot for our annual wedding anniversary trip to St Augustine but wanted to be closer to the beach this time... was the best choice we could've made. The house is only a short walk to an easily accessible beach ramp, close to the town center and also the bridge into the historic district. Clean, quiet neighborhood and the house is super cute and modern. Loved it!
