LOW TIDE - 2 Beds / 1 Bath - Pet Friendly

LOW TIDE is the two bedroom one bath downstairs unit of a two story beach duplex with a private porch and entrance, rear private covered deck, and a private fenced yard. Further outdoor amenities include a grill and sunshade covered conversation area.

Indoors a large screen smart tv, free high speed wifi, and a charging station keep you entertained and connected. There is ample space at the dining table for those working from their vacation site. The kitchen and bath are updated with granite, stainless appliances, and a walk in shower.

For sleeping comfort there is one king and one queen bedroom with luxury linens. The king bedroom has its own sink and vanity. The outdoor hot and cold shower with foot wash serves the duplex property and Low Tide has its own beach chairs, toys, a beach cart and umbrella’s so your time in the sand and sun will be happy indeed.

Walk to the pier 2 blocks away and enjoy the Wednesday market or walk to one of as many as 15 beach restaurants and many beach shops. LOW TIDE is truly in the heart of the beach.

LOW TIDE, the lower rental of a duplex with HIGH TIDE, is just steps from the beach and ocean. It is on the coveted east side of A1A Beach Blvd. LOW TIDE can also be rented with HIGH TIDE creating a family vacation space for 10.

Owners Rich and Lynda Weaver are loving Florida retirement after his 28-year military career. They are animal rescue pet lovers and with their two cats Max and Magirk they live nearby in St Augustine. They are innkeepers at heart and have tried to think of everything to make your stay perfect.

Two Tides LLC is committed to protecting guests and our staff with a comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting program. This includes a cleaning regimen and disinfecting protocol. Please let us know if you'd like to receive a full description of our plan.

Family Vacation

Low Tide was absolutely perfect for our family’s brief stay in St Augustine. Location is awesome - easy access to beach, plenty of excellent food/restaurants within walking distance, and short drive into downtown St Augustine. The house itself was very clean, well stocked, and the beachy decor is perfect for area. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great vacation and will definitely return to St. Augustine! Our family loved the property and the location! We were close to great restaurants, and steps from the beach! The owners were so welcoming and thought of everything! They definitely paid attention to detail…from the welcoming bottle of wine to the books on the shelves with a little note to take it home with you if you didn’t finish it during your stay! We were very happy with our stay at Low Tide! Looking forward to our next visit!

Low Tide and High Tide are in the perfect location,easy walk to the beach abd restaurants. 2 minute walk to either of 2 hotels to hop on the The Trolley to tour historical St Augustine. Very visually appealing beach house with every amenity! Will definitely be back for a 3rd stay.

Great spot! Friendly and welcoming rental, just a few steps from the beach, and plenty of good eating around! Its a very short ride away from historic st augustine. Very happy with this location would make a great rental with multiple guests as well especially if you can rent high tide and low tide together!

Morgan was wonderful to work with! The home was very well decorated, clean and contained all the necessary items, such as washer and dryer that came in handy. Location to beach could not have been closer and VRBO provided all beach equipment needed. One small drawback is the construction happening next door.

Perfect in Every Way

This cozy unit of the first floor of a two unit building was just perfect for me. Well located to the beach, restaurants and a short walk to the pier and the Wednesday farmers market. Unit was immaculate, exactly as shown in the photos, cozy bed, nicely equipped kitchen and the property manager (Morgan) was very responsive although I didn't have any issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay at Low Tide was Wonderful and Relaxing. Great location and the Cottage was VERY clean, cozy and had everything and more needed for our 4 night stay with our FurBabies. Morgan greeted us upon arrival and was a pleasure to speak with and offered suggestions for our visit. There are many place’s within walking distance: The Pier, Restaurants, Donut Shop, Pizza Take Out and a Gas Station Convenience Store. We hope to visit again and highly recommend staying at Low Tide.
