Enjoy this coastal retreat, offering a blend of beach and intracoastal waterways. This is the perfect place to stay for relaxation and spending time together with family and friends. It features a large, private yard ideal for cooking out and unwinding. Parking is even a breeze, with free on-premise space for up to four cars and a small-to-medium-size boat. Inside, you'll find an open living room and full kitchen, separate dining room, three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available with a queen pullout sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, with walk-in showers, one of which is shared and one ensuite. There is also a washer and dryer.
Located between the seemingly endless Atlantic Ocean to the east and the serene intracoastal waterway to the west, this home offers the ultimate coastal experience. You can launch your boat with ease, as the intracoastal boat ramp is less than a half-mile away. You can also enjoy a short, two-minute walk to a nearby county park and playground, adding to reasons why this makes a perfect spot for families with children. And then there is the beautiful beach about a 7 minute walk away. Enjoy sunrises over the ocean and sunsets on the intracoastal.
