This home is perfect for remote work, gaming and streaming! Brand new Energy-Efficient appliances, including various smart home features, including smart thermostat and locks. Home features an oversized Master Bedroom with private bath. Natural light and windows. Darkening curtains available throughout the house for convenience.
Inside out kitchen you will find a full fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, filtered water, etc. Open the backdoor and enjoy the plenty open space in the backyard to get some fresh air and relaxation.
Enjoy outside walks to the covered park, great for kids or stroll to the boat ramp or parks next to the inter-coastal. Its such a beautiful neighborhood that we love. We hope you ll feel the same way too!
