The unit was easy to access and clean. Beds were comfy. Parking is strained due to narrow streets and street parking. Walking to night of lights was longer than expected. Close to restaurants. Only 1.5 bathrooms, not 2. Great unit and enjoyed our stay.

Best Friend Yearly Getaway

Quaint, perfect home for annual get together with friends. Location was perfectly located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood, but also conveniently located within walking distance to the tourist attractions. Home was very clean and slept 7 guys comfortably. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Awesome home!

We brought the boat up for a fishing trip and needed a place to stay for the night - this place was perfect - 5 mins from the marina and is really cool home. We took a 5 min Uber to the historic district for dinner and drinks. The home is very clean, roomy, an awesome little backyard! Everything was great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

PERFECT!!! JUST PERFECT!!!

4 of us gathered to have 2 full days of strategic planning for our business. The place was simply perfect. We had all the comforts needed to get our work done and being so close to everything we a plus. We brought electric bikes which made getting around a breeze. Super quiet neighborhood. As expected

We booked this house for a guys weekend getaway. Plenty of space and accommodations for everyone. I’d say it’s not quite walking distance to downtown because it is still about a 20 minute walk and in the florida summertime heat, that can be rough. A couple small restaurants and shops that are nearby walking distance though. There was no ping pong table or darts in the garage, which was no problem because we weren’t spending much time outside due to the weather. Overall a very nice place to stay with 8 people.

We loved the neighborhood. It was great to walk around. Cute little coffee shops nearby. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. 3/4 of a mile walk into town is kind of far when it’s hot out but close enough. All in all we had a great time.

Adorable, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect! We loved being able to park our car (in the garage, no less!) and walk literally everywhere we wanted to go each day. This is an excellent property with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sight-seeing. I would highly recommend. Great Stay for Young Families

The layout of the home, the number of bedrooms, and many shelves made it a perfect stay for my newborn and toddler! We were able to all be on the same floor, have sound machines and baby monitors easily set up, and be able to go downstairs to hang out as parents. Also, the walkability to downtown and cute restaurants was phenomenal! Definitley recommend!

The icemaker did not work, I could not get into the garage to do the laundry, the wall is very dirty in the downstairs bathroom, there were no wine glasses, the beds were very comfortable, the neighbor took an outdoor shower, naked, which we were able to see - that was actually entertaining.

Overall stay was great!

Overall we had a great stay at this property. There were two things I would say were not as expected - the pictures had a ping pong table and we were looking forward to playing however there was no ping pong table available for use; the only stairs up and down to back yard are the stairs in front of the house/no garage access from inside house. Nothing major but I can see that becoming really annoying if we stayed a full week there. Everything else was perfect and overall we had a great time. House is clean, up to date and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay overall.
