-2 dogs welcome in this home with approval prior to booking. Dogs allowed (2) $180 non-refundable deposit for first dog, $50 for additional dog.
-3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
