The primary bedroom offers a plush queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen trundle bed with a twin underneath. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with three twin beds including a trundle. Fresh linens, beach towels, and thoughtful touches await to make your stay enjoyable.
Families will love the selection of games for kids, ensuring fun for all ages. Plus, beach days are effortless with the provided beach gear, including chairs and towels. After a day of exploring the shore, rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a refreshing dip in the private pool. The enclosed yard adds privacy and security, especially for pets, as this home is dog-friendly (up 2 dogs with approval before booking, nonrefundable pet fee(s) will apply.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
*No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
*To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
