The hot tub is the star of the backyard, and it is yours alone. Step outside after a day of sun and salt, ease into the jacuzzi, and let the evening settle in under open sky. Guests call it the perfect ending to a day of sightseeing, and it is just as good first thing in the morning with a coffee in hand.

THE FENCED BACKYARD

The backyard is fully enclosed and generously sized, so pets can roam and play safely while you relax on the deck with outdoor seating close by. Shady spots keep everyone cool after beach walks, and kids have room to run too, with a playground nearby for extra energy. It is the kind of yard that makes traveling with a dog easy.

A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH

The shoreline of St. Augustine Beach is a short walk from the front door, so you can spend the day swimming in the Atlantic, strolling the coastline, and walking home when you are ready. Beach essentials are provided, which keeps packing light. Prefer to drive onto the sand? Car access is only minutes from the house.

LIVING ROOM

The private living room is a comfortable place to land after the beach, with TVs for streaming and cable, books and games for slow afternoons, and central air conditioning with ceiling fans to keep it cool. WiFi is fast and a dedicated workspace is set up for anyone who needs to stay connected.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking at home easy, with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender, kettle, and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics and spices are on hand, wine glasses are ready for the evening, and children's dinnerware is stocked for little ones. There is a dining area for family meals, or carry dinner out to the deck.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The king bedroom is a quiet retreat for two, and the queen and twin bedroom is a natural fit for a couple with a child or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms have their own TV, the bedroom doors lock for privacy, and two full bathrooms keep mornings moving, with hot water, towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer provided.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the home, so you can pack light and rinse off the sand. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, and a safe are all provided. Heating and air conditioning keep the house comfortable in every season, and a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide peace of mind.

EASY ARRIVAL

Everything is on one level with no stairs inside, free parking is included, and self check in lets you arrive on your own schedule. Outdoor lighting makes coming home after dinner easy.

EXPLORE ST. AUGUSTINE

Anastasia Plaza and Seabridge Square are minutes away for groceries, coffee, and casual dining. Anastasia State Park offers dunes, trails, and wildlife, and Vilano Beach is a quieter beach escape a short drive away.
