Direct Private Beach Access - Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool

  • Newly renovated beach condo in beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy beach access through a private pier or choose one of the three private pools (one is heated) or two hot tubs on the condo complex. The complex also has a gym and outdoor gas grills.

    The condo itself has been recently renovated with beautiful finishings. It is fully-equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to a washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out into a bed to accommodate a total of six people.

    Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. Augustine or visit the historic Spanish colonial fort, the alligator farm, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, or the Pirate and Treasure Museum. There's plenty of fun to be had in St. Augustine!

    Includes one dedicated parking space with a guest space (first come, first served) directly next to it and other guest spaces in the parking lot.
