This charming cottage is one of two on the property and has been thoughtfully upgraded with its own washer and dryer. Inside, you’ll find vintage Florida character, comfortable furnishings, and a full kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave—perfect for whipping up easy meals after a day on the sand.

Includes two bedrooms, one queen and one full, and a pullout sofa bed. A folding mini crib and highchair are also available on site.

The fenced yard makes it a breeze to bring your dogs along, and there’s convenient parking right at the door. The patio has table with chairs and lighted umbrella for enjoying the evening with friends.

Crescent Beach is just 11 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine and 45 miles north of Daytona Beach. We were to get a house. When we got there people were in the house and we had to stay in a converted garage. The host then rented the house again the next day to other people. Sent me a msg saying it was a mistake. Once? Maybe. Twice no way. Totally ruined our vacation.

We got the code to the wrong unit. This unit was much smaller had only one bathroom . It was completely different from what I booked. Once I contacted them, it took 20h to get back to me. I send a message after we left and did not hear from them for 5 days. We got told we would get a refund. I finally contacted Vrbo to see if they can help. We did get a partial refund. The place was clean .
