Great stay in St Augustine

We had a wonderful stay in a perfect spot. The location was great and so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very responsive when we did need to reach out. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing property

These hosts provide an absolutely perfect place to stay, for both humans and dogs! It is a quick walk to the beach and Old A1A which has tons of options to eat. The property is VERY clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and they even set you up with a bottle of Prosecco! I’ll be seeking out their properties next year!

Great Spot

Clean, good location close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. Kitchen was bigger than many other beach rentals and had plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils as well. We had a great stay!

Short getaway

Perfect location to restaurants and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and owners provided extra amenities that made the stay so nice. Would do again and certainly recommend!!

Short getaway

The place was very nice , clean and quiet. The neighbor was very friendly. He even shared some Seminole pumpkin seeds. We will definitely visit again. Hopefully a week next time to see all the sites St. Augustine has to offer.

We love this property. This was our 4th time staying here. It is so peaceful and comfortable. Always clean and bright. Quick walk to the beach and amazing restaurants (two of our favorites!) also within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Very well maintained and clean. Condo had everything you would need for a beach trip. Pet friendliness was a great perk with plenty of walking space for the dog. Within walking distance to beach and restaurants.

The property is in a perfect location to walk to the beach, wander a welcoming dog friendly residential neighborhood, and conveniently access local shopping and St. Augustine. I loved all the natural light and quiet. Can't wait to come back again. Len and Kristy are wonderful and responsive hosts.

Great place to stay excellent location

Completely flawless from beginning to end . Owner was great communicator , housing was spotless , so many little touches were present , to make our stay that much nicer . Location was perfect , although we didn’t spend much time at the beach since we literally did everything we could in st Augustine . One regret was we didn’t stay a day or two longer just to relax . Highly recommend

Florida vacation

2nd year we’ve stayed here, love it. Area is laid back, great restaurants, & the beach is AMAZING!! The hosts are great. One very hot day our code to the lock wouldn’t work. Texted them & they came very quickly to put in new batteries. Very nice people. Going again next year.

Repeat visit

This is our second time staying at 208B and there's a reason we came back. The property is perfect for our family (and doggie) and it's in a quiet neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the beach and the owners provide so much stuff (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) there is no need to bring your own. (the wagon!!!). My little doggie loves it too! And if you have any issues with the place, the owner is right on it! I can't recommend this property enough.

Relaxing beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.
