  • Visit & Relax in this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home away from home. This beach home is located in a quiet neighborhood with private driveway parking for two vehicles & small boat. Only 8 minutes walk to the beach & two blocks to an intracoastal boat ramp and fishing pier. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch where a nice swing is waiting for you to relax, and in the back there's a deck for those who likes sun tanning in peace and discretion. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and flat screen tv's throughout. This three bedroom turnkey vacation property includes all the comforts of home. The bedrooms include 2 queen and 2 twins. Close to quaint local restaurants, Publix Grocery & only five miles to Historical St. Augustine for sightseeing, shopping & dining. Downstairs common area has a covered lanai with a seating area as well as table and chair for six, laundry, dryer and gas grill. It also has everything you will need for a great day at the beach from beach towel, multiple style chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, canopy, cart and wagon. There are 4 bikes if you choose to ride around the neighborhood. There is also a hot and cold water outdoor shower for showering off after a day at the beach.

We arrived with two young men who love to fish - and this place was perfect. Two blocks from the pier at Boating Club and nice folks with whom to hang out. We loved the bikes, the beach, the lovely little back deck - all in all a perfect getaway.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we enjoyed having the beach bikes available to us for local neighborhood rides. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood bit but the location is also convenient to sights in Saint Augustine and the GTM and points north. It was a relaxing week.

Perfect Little Vacation Rental

The house is immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is quiet, as well as charming. We enjoyed a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The host provides everything imaginable to enhance a stay and responds readily to any question.

My wife and I stayed at this property for six days. The house is very well maintained and communication with the owner was excellent. The owner's hospitality was outstanding. Upon our arrival, later in the evening, there was wine, drinks and snacks welcoming us. The bathrooms were stocked with everything, and there was an abundance of linens, as well as specialty items. Both bathrooms are also equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Downstairs there is a sitting area and full size laundry room. The beach gear, chairs, towels and bicycles are also in this area. The house is just steps from both the river and the ocean, as well as Aunt Kate's restaurant on the river (sunsets) and the The Reef restaurant on the ocean. St. Augustine is a short 10 minute drive or UBER. We had dinner at the Columbia Restaurant downtown, which I highly recommend. Overall this property and it's owner are awesome, highly recommend.

Surf and City

Excellent location to enjoy both the beach and the historic city of St. Augustine. Daily adventures found us exploring an historic fort, basking on the beach, riding the waves, golfing at famous TPC Sawgrass, dining at delicious seafood restaurants, exploring a 300 year old plantation, checking out local art museums, and endless shopping. All within striking distance. A great week vacation for all!!

Great family spot

This property was a great for our family with 3 young kids. It is in a ideal location- a quick walk to the beach or over to the intercostal for fishing and a meal at Aunt Kate’s (we enjoyed many!) It was clean and very well stocked with everything from kitchen to beach supplies- even a little treat for kids and adults upon check in. We would love to come back during warmer weather!

This property was excellent for our situation. We were 4 adults (2in their 60’s and 2 in our 70’s). We were able to walk to two very good restaurants and to the beach. The property was very well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed within a short drive Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home away from home

From check in to check out communication with the property manager was awesome! When we got to the house it was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. This house was decorated with a beach theme and it was clean! It was a great home away from home with all of the little extra's we didn't remember were already there. We would recommend this home and we would stay there again!

Excellent stay at Vilano cottage

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped home. In walking distance to the beach and the intercoastal waterway. The only glitch for us was navigating the operation of the TV. A more detailed description of how the remotes work would have been helpful. Otherwise, an Excellent stay. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

What a CUTE spot! And she had sooooooo many extra amenities available in the house that you were able to use. We took a bike ride, and hung out downstairs below her house and it is soooooo homey and just a vibe plus it’s a dead end road and the sunset at the end of the road is priceless! She also communicates and responds quickly! We will be back!
