This is a duplex. There is a unit upstairs and is NOT shared with this unit.

Your family or group will be close to everything when you stay at this house! So close you can hear the ocean waves! This Ernest Hemingway, Key West style duplex is five houses from the beach. You can walk to the beach, a local coffee-shop nearby, a local surf shop, mini-golf or to a local Mexican restaurant. Within five miles is downtown Saint Augustine. Oh, the places you'll go!

Enjoy staying in a first floor, 1,100 sq feet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a large porch by the beach!

Pets are most certainly welcome. Please register them upon booking. There is a fee.

Great place to stay!

We had a really good time staying here for two nights with family. Very good location, close to the beach and good places to eat nearby. House has everything you need. Would come back again for sure!

Pet friendly in St Augustine Beach

Location was great—-just a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The house was well-layed out and clean but some of the furnishings were a little worn and a few more serving dishes and pots and pans would have been nice. Overall though, a comfortable place to stay and good value.

Just book it!

A great stay in spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach, and just several blocks for the drive on beach entry. Short drive to St. Augustine historical district. The home is very clean, well maintained, and we had everything we needed. Many good restaurants nearby. June Ann and Eric were great to work with. You won't be disappointed!

Has great potential but needs improvement

Property is in a great location, spacious and comfortable. Resources on property are very minimal. Short on bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. for 6pp. Needs a better cleaning person. There were shoes/toys from previous occupant and webs under sofa. Don't want to think about that when on holiday. But if improved would gladly pay for another visit.
