About this property

Coquina A203- Steps to the Beach

  • Just steps to the beach and pool, luxury awaits you. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. Be sure to enjoy the balcony for coffee in the morning and the occasional dolphin siting. We have installed a Culligan water purification system in the kitchen, so no need to buy bottled water. The living space features a new LoveSac couch and a 60" Smart TV equipped with local cable as well. The kitchen offers all the comforts of home, complete with a pantry. Upstairs, we offer a king sized bed in the master overlooking the pool and ocean. The secondary bedroom offers 2 twin over full bunkbeds. 2 full size bathrooms with walk in showers and plenty of storage space will not disappoint.

    Downtown Saint Augustine is just 15 minutes north of Coquina and features exquisite dining options, history, and shopping. For the kids there is Marineland, the Alligator Farm, Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth, surf lessons, even paddle boarding on the Mantazas River.

    What we supply
    4 Beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella will be provided. A small cooler is available to use while at the beach. Washing and Drying machines are available on the lower level in a community laundry area.

    Travel-size toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, and soap

    Basic cleaning supplies—all-purpose cleaner, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.
