The view from the large, top floor balcony is incredible. This 3BR/2BA condo is meticulously maintained.All tile floors. Enjoy a movie on one of our 4 flat screen TV's. The master bedroom, with a balcony view has a king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and daybed. The "crow's nest" 3rd bedroom has 2 twin XL 10in memory foam mattresses that will sleep any adult or child comfortably.
Relax on the reclining leather seating while you watch a movie on the 46'HDTV with HBO, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix or pull your seat up to the counter height dining table and play a game of cards.
This condo is conveniently located next to the elevator and has everything you need for a relaxing family vacation, girls weekend, or romantic getaway.
We have self check in with keyless entry. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness and condition of our property. We are constantly freshening the appearance and functionality of our unit. What you see in the pictures is what you will see when you walk in our door.
The brand new boardwalk to the beach is complete! The new walkway has no steps and will make the beach much more accessible for everyone!

Great Location

4th Floor condo with view of the ocean and pool. Directly across from the elevator and stairs. Condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures and descriptions. Great balcony furnishings with a gentle ocean breeze. Close to restaurants, activities and historic St. Augustine.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for a holiday getaway with our 92 year old mother. The elevator location was right across from the entry door, and the reclining furniture worked well for her. The place was also well stocked and very clean.

Perfect Condo, Perfect View, Great Location

This condo was truly about the details. The owners thought of everything you would need for a week of family fun. From throw blankets, to games, to books, to hooks for towels and clothes. We did miss a thing. The condo was very clean and comfy for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). It was perfect for my parents to sit on the balcony and perfect for my teens to get to the beach. It made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy as well because we were not worried about anyone else. The owner was very responsive with my questions. We would defnitley stay her again. Thanks for a week of great memories!

This was a place that we definitely did not want to leave. The condo was so nice, the view was amazing, and our entire family (2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed all of the amenities. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time on our "spring break!" Linda and Ed's condo was perfect, the location, the atmosphere,view! Beds were comfy and clean. And I appreciated the extra fan in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend and will book again!

Very clean condo in all rooms. Kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. adequate for cooking. Balcony view of ocean is great to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Food trucks were available throughout the week. Hoping to be able stay again next year.

Perfect Family Vacation

We LOVED this condo and the amenities of the property. An updated, beautiful condo with EVERYTHING we needed, and a PERFECT view from the spacious balcony. The proximity to the beach and size of the pool was perfect for my family. We loved every minute. The owners were super nice and accommodating and helped us with literally anything we needed. Couldn’t be better

Immaculate, beautifully updated decor and very comfortable beds and furniture . Equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . Owners are easy to communicate with and promptly return texts when we have a question. Colony Reef offers a large pool, and an additional bonus of a large grassy area young people and children gather to play ball and meet new friends.

Wonderful vacation!

The host was GREAT from the very beginning till the day we left. Very responsive to all our questions. The property was perfect for our vacation. It was well kept, clean, and felt homey. Great Place to Relax

The condo was clean, it has a better view of the beach than what the picture can show, the outdoor furniture was comfortable. Indoor seating was comfortable and it was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Linda was excellent to communicate and rent from, if there was any question she would respond within 5-10 minutes. Very professional.

Location, location

This condo is spotless! And comfortable! And well decorated. Everything about this property is excellent. Very well maintained. Pool cleaned daily. Very easy walk to the beach. Removed from the hustle and bustle of “downtown” but within close driving distance. Plenty of restaurants within easy driving distance as well. Would certainly recommend. Very kid friendly development.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was very clean and the owner was very helpful and responsive to my messages. The kitchen was well stocked. Little details were present throughout the condo that made it have a special feel. Throw blankets, games, and DVDs were in the condo. We enjoyed the patio furniture, grill, and the beautiful view! The grounds were landscaped nicely. The pickle ball/tennis courts were also a plus. Being able to drive on the beach was very convenient. We highly recommend this unit at Colony Reef!
