PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in the driveway - No parking allowed in grass or street.

FULL BATHROOM: Shower/Tub combo located between the two bedrooms.

GOLF CART: We have a golf cart on the property that is available for rent:
>Flat rate for 1-night: $150.00
>Flat rate for 3-6 nights: $350.00
>Flat rate for 7-12 nights: $500.00
>Flat rate for 13-nights or more: $899.00
**THE GOLF CART CAN BE USED TO GO TO NORTH BEACH PARKWAY TO GO TO THE BEACH, DROP OFF BEACH SUPPLIES AND PEOPLE AT THE BEACH ACCESS, VISIT AUNT KATE'S & REEF RESTAURANT, AND CRUISING THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148.00 will be requested once booking has been confirmed and it covers up to 4 pets for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. DO NOT bring pets into the bed please. Any damages found during the stay, as well as pet hair, will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace.

PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in the driveway.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Located two streets to the south on Boating Club Rd. Additionally, another public boat ramp (Usina Boat Ramp), 6 streets to the north.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.

Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in.

Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock.

Pet Friendly (Up to 4 dogs):

All pets must be approved by host before check in. We have a pet fee of $148.00.

Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house.
**PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL**

HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April. We keep a pool temperature of 80F - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.

**Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer**.
