After a day wandering cobblestone streets, exploring local shops, and visiting the nearby Castillo de San Marcos, return to a home that blends historic character with comfortable spaces designed for gathering and relaxing. The space
Built in 1922 and thoughtfully restored, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom two-story duplex can be rented together as one property. The upstairs and downstairs units - Cordova Palms A & B - have separate private entrances and do not connect inside, creating a layout that works well for groups traveling together while still allowing space to spread out. When both units are reserved together, guests enjoy private access to the backyard as well.

Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed with bed linens, providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the historic district. Essentials like towels, hangers, and an iron are provided, along with a pack ’n play for guests traveling with young children.

Kitchen & dining
Each level includes its own full kitchen, giving your group two separate spaces to cook and gather. Guests have access to a kitchen equipped for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared breakfasts before heading out to explore the city. Coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils are also available for relaxed meals at home.

Outdoor spaces
Two large front porches invite you to enjoy St. Augustine’s gentle coastal breezes. The lower porch features swing chairs perfect for a quiet moment with a book, while the upper porch offers lounge seating ideal for conversation. A private backyard is available when the entire duplex is reserved, creating additional space to relax outdoors. Please note there are no string lights and no fire pit or fire table on the property.

The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, HDTV, and Wifi, along with a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected. Each unit has its own washer and dryer located outside on the back porch. Self check-in is available via keypad, and free parking on premises makes arrivals simple.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent this property again. The location was within walking distant to the "hub". The layout of the units worked perfectly for our family. My parents and one of my kids stayed in the downstairs unit while my husband, our other three kids, and I stayed upstairs. Each evening, we gathered downstairs to relax together, which made the space feel even more connected.We also enjoyed the firepit out back, which was a great bonus. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful, especially after a rainy day left us with wet clothes. The kitchen was well‑stocked and had everything we needed for meals.A few suggestions that would make this a 5‑star stay:1. Larger bath towels, plus a few extra towels for guests who prefer separate hair and bath towels.2. Additional toilet paper and paper towels, or a clear note ahead of time that guests should bring their own. We arrived to less than a full roll of toilet paper, which wasn’t enough for a four‑night stay.3. A welcome binder in each unit with information on where to find extra linens and supplies, trash and recycling instructions, the nearest store, local coupons, and recommended restaurants or activities. Departure instructions, should we strip the beds and leave all dirty linens in a pile, can we leave the dishwasher running.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here.
