Modern Beach Retreat

Beach Therapy is a modern, ranch-style beach house designed for comfortable coastal living. This single-level home offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and approximately 1,800 square feet of thoughtfully laid-out living space, making it well suited for families or groups traveling together.

The open floor plan centers around a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Adjacent dining and living spaces allow everyone to gather easily without feeling crowded.

The primary bedroom includes a king Sleep Number bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a king bed. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions offering a wide range of cable channels. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, supporting streaming, remote work, or school needs.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large, private fenced backyard with a covered patio that provides a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach. Everything you need for the beach they have in the garage that was a huge life saver so you don’t have to pack all your beach luggage chairs/toys/boogie boards.All stores were close by for shopping! Lots of room for everyone my family enjoyed it!!

Thanksgivings

Our family enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The beach is amazing. The road noise is loud. The home was clean and the large dining room table was perfect for family games. Pet friendly and no dog smell at all. The fenced in yard is perfect for a dog. The Galaga game was a fun extra treat! I would bring my family back!!

New Years Stay

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. We called and David scrambled and got someone over to clean. The house was great roomy and well located. We spent mornings on the beach and afternoons in downtown. Highly recommend!

Some issues

The location was amazing due to being right off a Main Street and the beach was so close we were able to walk back and forth when needed. Some issues we had were the air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 78 until it was early morning and we did keep the doors and windows shut the whole time. We called the after hours number a few times and no one came out to look at the air conditioner then we were busy until the day before we left. The house was not clean at all. The doors needed to be clean due to in some areas they were black from people touching them, one of the bathtubs had sand still in it when we arrived, the return vents had a ton of dust on them, there were candy wrappers behind a nightstand in one of the bedrooms, and under the couch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever with a ton of dust possibly dog hair and play balls under them. The couch even though it says it pulls out it does not unless there is a special technique for it, but we all tried to figure it out.

Comfortable stay in the perfect location

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The beach is just a short walk away down a quiet road, and the house isn't far from a couple of grocery stores up A1A. The kitchen was really nicely sized, and there is plenty to do there: board games, puzzles, a foosball table, beach toys, a kiddie pool.

Christmas Family Vacation

We stayed at the Magnolia House from Christmas to New Year's Eve 2022 and really enjoyed our vacation. The house is roomy, clean and has all of the amenities weever needed. The beach is only a short walk away and we would definitely stay here again.

Great dog friendly place near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was perfectly located near the beach. We loved having the new fence for our dogs. The house had everything we needed and was clean and nicely updated. We would definitely rent again!

Great location near the beach

Despite being on A1A the house was very quiet and Online accuracy and description was 100 %. We would stay there again. Plenty of room for my kids to space out. And the beach is so wide in that area and only a two minute drive to get on the beach with your vehicle. And plenty of turtles.

Great location

This house is in a great location! Like some of the other reviews said it is on a busy street so you can hear some traffic and the house itself at times can be pretty dark. Also, the yard is very small, but it was fenced in so great for our dogs. It was literally just minutes to walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross major streets to get there so the location couldn’t be beat!

We were within walking distance of the beach. The home had three bikes, boogie boards and beach toys in the garage. Home was very clean, we had plenty of room for extended family to stay with us. There were turtles crossing on the back path and a nice fenced in backyard. Glad we stayed here. It was very private although we were located directly off the main road and next door to houses.

Not a short walk, but an easy walk to the beach!

The house was very nice, clean and in a great location. Everything we needed was provided with the exception of beach towels for our party of six. The backyard could use a little TLC, but was a nice relaxing area. The only disappointment was the grill... it was on the back patio covered up, but when we uncovered it we found it rusted & we were unable to use it. I would recommend this location!

Better than expected

We’ve rented several Vrbo homes in St Augustine. This is the home offered the nicest layout and amenities of any. We had 5 adults and a couple fur babies. The fenced backyard was great. Fast WiFi, tv in every bedroom, premium cable channels, goose all table, beautifully stocked kitchen, beach equipment and bikes. Only knock was it is located on busy A1A but once inside you would never know. Short walk to the beach. Pictures do not do this place justice. Hope to stay here again!!
