COMFY DOWNTOWN SPACE

AMAZING LOCATION! Situated in the eclectic uptown area. Enjoy our quiet and peaceful first floor apartment with full kitchen. Queen Size bed and sofa / bed.
Very short walk (100 Yards) to shops, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either Vilano beach or St. Anastasia State Park.
This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable. The TV in the apt only plays NETFLIX, the directions for the TV are in the apartment. There is no charge for any of the movies or shows on NETFLIX.

The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of St. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large Victorian style homes to small quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the Castillo Fort, bay front and the rest of historic St. Augustine.

Located in a quiet spot but walkable to downtown. We thought we would use the bikes provided for guests but found it was so easy to walk everywhere that we never needed them.

Great location

The place is only half a mile from the fort and St George street, so for us it was perfect since it’s a short walk to everything we wanted, but wasn’t loud at night since it wasn’t in the middle of all the shops. There are still a few places to eat or get ice cream within a two minute walk though, so it really is a great location. There is off street parking, which is very nice, and the place looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

Cute Spot Just Shy of Downtown

We were so glad to find this place for our trip to St. Augustine! We were there during the Nights of Lights and it was CROWDED. It was incredibly nice to be able to walk a short distance from the fort and historic downtown to a quiet and clean apartment in a local neighborhood. Carl was responsive and offered assistance if we needed it while we were there. If you're looking to visit downtown, this place is perfect and makes you feel like part of the neighborhood. There were a ton of local businesses just around the corner and breakfast/coffee was only a short distance from there. I couldn't recommend this spot enough.

Perfect place to stay!

This place is small but cute. It's a short walk to downtown and there are plenty of places nearby to explore. It is quiet for the most part but on Friday and Saturday night one of the restaurants was hopping with activity. It didn't seem to go late though. I would stay again if I was ever in the area.
