Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and Sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

So close to old town. Perfect place to park your car and walk everywhere. Perfect for a couple's trip we visit St Augustine almost every year and this was the best place we have stayed.

During our stay, we encountered a snake at the laundry area and the nice lady who takes care of the rooms helped us, without hesitation, move the snake that was in the door area. Loved this little apartment! It's the perfect size for two. Small and cozy, with everything you need for a stay in St. Augustine. Pros: off street designated parking, walking distance to everything, clean and a quiet area. Cons: water pressure was a little low, shower is pretty tight but managable. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this complex multiple times and although it seems small, it is a perfect, cozy spot to stay in the historic section of St. Augustine and near Flagler University. You can walk almost anywhere from this convenient location.

Apartment was well equipped and a good size for two people. We had our own assigned parking space and once we parked, we did not need our car as we could walk to the nearby restaurants, shops and attractions.The rental manager was extremely responsive and helpful.We would stay here again and recommend to others who may travel to St. Augustine!
