Peaceful and serene on the edge of the beautiful Atlantic, Casa Pelicanos Beach House's fabulous location allows you to enjoy endless ocean views from the windows and doors and its sprawling balcony space. Walk directly out your back door down the dune to the beach. A short 10 minute drive from historic Saint Augustine, and only five minutes to Vilano Beach with a full service Publix and several great restaurants. Or if you don't want to drive, just walk 1/4 mile up the beach to the Reef restaurant or across the street to Cap's on the intercoastal waterway.

This 3-bed, 3-bathroom beach house for up to 8 guests is a perfect family home. Ideal for a group or two families traveling together. The ground floor bedroom in Casa Pelicanos is like a separate guest suite. It features its own kitchenette, private living area with its own 50” HDTV (Roku, BluRay/DVD players) and a comfy queen bed for two. Whether two people in your group like to sleep late, or you have older parents with a slightly different itinerary, this is a fantastic two-for-one vacation rental.

On the patio outside the ground floor you'll find a barbeque for cooking the fresh fish from the ocean fish you can catch yourself right in back of the house on the beach or buy locally. The backyard sitting area, flows directly out on to the dune and down to the beach.

Upstairs, the living room is on the second level (so you get even better ocean views). All new elegant rattan furniture with a unique twist, with matching dining, lounge and entertainment areas combined in an open plan. Soaring ceilings with new leaf style fans. There's of course free wireless Internet throughout, and another 50" HDTV.

The dining area flows into the kitchen. The kitchen is a large gourmet kitchen with up close ocean view, enclosed laundry, and walk-in pantry - stocked with all the appliances, cooking equipment, silverware, plates, dishes, cups etc that you'll ever need. A breakfast bar has for barstools, just above a huge stretch of kitchen countertop. The U-shaped kitchen is spacious: just remember to glance up at the ocean view as you move easily between fridge, oven and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also included (we're guessing you'll use a lot of beach towels and we've stocked those for you too)

The second floor also features a bedroom with two twin beds. Between the bedroom and kitchen is a newly remodeled bathroom, with elegant shower, leopard color basin sink, lighted mirror, and bidet toilet.

A wraparound deck and 40 feet of windows looking right at the beach will mesmerize you. Outside on the main deck there are sturdy yet comfortable patio furniture, an outdoor dining table.

Upstairs, the master bedroom continues the soothing beach palette. On the third floor you get an even better view of the ocean below. A private balcony gives you a sunrise all to yourself (or you might lazily enjoy it through the window from bed). The master bathroom is newly remodeled with stunning onyx blue tile, dual showers with side squirters and wands, blue basin sinks, lighted mirrors, and a bidet toilet.

All together the three bedrooms have a king bed in the master bedroom, queen on the ground floor, and two twins (plus an extra sleeper sofa in the loft area outside the mater bedroom, should you need it).

Casa Pelicanos is on a quiet stretch of the scenic highway A1A so you can head north up the gorgeous coast to Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra or south to St. Augustine, charming Flagler Beach and onward to popular Daytona. But you won't find a better beach anywhere. Just bring your sunscreen and enjoy!

All amenities and nice vacation-extras are within minutes. Charming Vilano beach has a Publix, restaurants and shops. Want to have your cake and eat it too? It's just 104 miles to Disney World. You can get up, enjoy the ocean sunrise, have a family breakfast and still make it to Orlando before Magic Kingdom opens.

The dune and beach was restored by the US Army Corps of Engineers in Sept of 2023, so the dune and beach are big.

The house was freshly painted inside and out, also in Sept 2023. After that, in 2024, we remodeled the middle and master bathrooms, with delightful results. We also replaced all the furniture on the main level with a unique and beautiful collection of rattan called The New Twist.
