  • Updated bungalow in the heart of the historic Lincolnville Neighborhood! You’ll have access to all the best shops, restaurants, and attractions– just a hop and a skip downtown. The stretches of sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

    The home is ideal for experiencing our charming coastal town; whether you seek a romantic getaway or a relaxing vacation with the family. Enjoy a laid-back evening on our screened-in porch watching the horse-drawn carriages pass by.

    Our enclosed backyard is an outdoor oasis. There is a hammock for unwinding, several seating options, patio lighting for ambiance, and an outdoor shower.
    The home also boasts a multi-purpose detached studio– which can be utilized as a dedicated workspace, entertainment area (complete with tv for movies, and an Xbox gaming system), as well as a yoga/meditation/fitness space.
