Welcome to The Blue Ocean! This charming one-level home is just a short walk from the sandy path that leads over the dune to the beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Its convenient location is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and unique shops. Best dog vacation

My favorite place to stay. Clean house, beach access, fenced in yard. We have senior dogs It’s great having everything so close to the beach and we love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants. Great neighbors too.

Fantastic location, great level fenced in backyard for our dog. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need the second bedroom but loved having the 1 and a half baths. Would also work well for a couple and 2 younger children although there is only a shower, no bathtub. Kitchen was well equipped and the living area had a nice size dining table and 2 sitting areas. Enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in the backyard. Couldn't see the ocean but could still feel the breeze. Only 1 house back from the beach. Had a terrific time and will definitely come again.

Great pet friendly place steps from the beach

Can't beat the location, fenced-in yard, and very comfortable for one or two couples. Great walkable food options. Awesome for surfers who want to walk to the beach and keep boards in the backyard.

Great house and the location can't be beat. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and stocked well enough. My dog loved the nice big backyard. My kids and I really loved it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Great little beach house

What a fantastic location! Beach only one house away and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance! House was clean and well equipped, beds were cery comfortable! The only con was the shower....very small.

Nice clean small house with great location

Zero complaints, perfect location, perfectly sized and clean house. Fenced in back yard for our dogs. The beach is a little torn up from all the storms they have had, but was still very nice. Would stay there again.

Romantic Get away, 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, The house offers very comfortable living for a party of 2, for a romantic get away. It's located at the beach, a wonderful opportunity for watching the sunrise, walking and talking alongside the breaking surf.The house has a very comfortable dining room with view of the secluded back yard, adjacent to the full kitchen. We enjoyed preparing our own meals between visits to St Augustine for site seeing.

Great beach cottage on a quiet side street. Just a few steps to beautiful beach!! House was clean, comfortable, & well stocked. Nice fenced in back yard for privacy and/or dog. Lots of good restaurant choices nearby. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic!

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Place was roomy, clean, well stocked. Location is amazing! So close to the beach, and walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful city with lots of history. Beach was not too crowded. Fenced yard perfect for the dog. Definitely want to come back again.

Quick getaway

The location and home were great. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The only complaint would be there there’s only one shower, and it’s tiny, but other than that, the house was lovely.

Taste of paradise

The property was so close to the beach. We walked there most days. It rained pretty bad one day during our stay but we were able to watch Netflix until it finally let up. The kitchen was well laid out and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Beach bliss

The property was exactly what we needed with two spoiled Shitzu two year olds. It was quick driving distance to salt Water Cowboys and the. Visitors center parking with access to St. George and Surrounding amenities. Short walk over sand dunes was pleasant. Noise was well controlled compared to a condo.

Our family had a wonderful week! We were all comfortable in this house. The house had everything we needed. It was so nice to just walk out of the house and be on the beach! Our dog loved running in the fenced in yard and on the beach!

Great location

The location is great. Short walk to the beach and in the opposite direction a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. House was spacious enough for the two of us and our 2 small dogs. As told in the other reviews, the shower is tiny. No exaggeration tiny. Shower curtain touching you tiny. But for us the walk ability to the beach, restaurants, shopping and fenced backyard made up for it. Things to note: The beach is dog friendly and there were lifeguards on duty every day we were there. Just remember to check when the tide is coming in. We saw a lot of people set up close to the ocean daily and at some point in the day they were chasing their items down the beach because that tide came in fast.
