Beautiful Pool + Beachside House - Perfect for Family and Pet friendly!

Completely fenced and screened in pool area, 100% pet friendly and children will love it. Avery's Beach Bungalow is a beachside house, fully remodeled and updated by one of the finest interior designers.

All of the living space is conveniently located on one floor, with a gorgeous outside pool. Three new plasma TVs and DVD players, WiFi internet and cable, if you need to check e-mail or do a little work. A few minute stroll to the semi-private beach access, conveniently located at the end of the block. Perfect for afternoon beach activities or sunset walks along the beautiful shores. House comes with a king and queen beds, also a convertible chair, and an aero bed (perfect for kids).

You will absolutely love this house, beach, and neighborhood- minutes to downtown and seconds to the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!

Great property! Very close to the beach (5min walk) and only 15min to downtown areas. Great having a garage and pool. We left some new pots and seasoning behind for the next renterers, will definitely return to St. Augustine soon!

Family Beach Trip

House was just a short walk to the beach access. Pool was very refreshing after our days on the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Location was great! Just a few minutes from everything we needed. Just a quick 3 minute walk to the beach access. Also convenient to drive to the beach. Open floor plan was great for our visit.

The location is great located in a lovely and safe neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Great location

The house is well-maintained and outfitted with amenities. An easy walk to the beach access and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The house and location was perfect for our stay and getting to see the downtown Xmas lights.

Nice beach stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach for evening walks and short beach visits with my daughter. The pool was super nice in the heat. Close enough to town to visit the attractions and still get back for bedtime. Look forward to visiting again!

Nice stay in Bunker Beach

House had a pool with screened in porch. Close to the beach and owner had beach chairs and beach cart along with beach towels. This location had a few nice places to get some food out and a fifteen minute ride to Historic Saint Augustine. House was close to rentals (1/4 mile) if interested in E-bikes which was a lot of fun on the beach (beach had hard sand area for 10 miles or so). Owner was very responsive to any questions.

A great second stay

This place is my go to in St Aug. this was my second stay. I travel with my dachshunds who do sport and show so having a pet friendly place that is one story with a well fenced yard is a huge treat. Walk a short few blocks to the public beach access and enjoy the beach. Super quiet place, beds are so comfortable, showers have great water pressure. I have already booked for next year.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host or property. Glenn was very responsive to any questions we had. The beach was not crowded at all and the house was in close proximity to great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Private Stay with Pool

The property and accommodations were perfect for three retired girlfriends who recently became widowed. Nice large bedrooms, kitchen n living area. Pool area relaxing n private. Walk to beach is only 5-7 minutes, no streets to cross. Only negative for us was A1A street noise but not a deal breaker. Our Host, Glen, could not have been nicer and accommodating as well!! Thank you!

Christmas Getaway

This house was perfect for 4 adults and our small dogs. Spacious, clean, and convenient to downtown St. Augustine, the beach, as well as points south. Glen was great about communicating with us from the time we booked our trip, throughout our stay, and upon our return home. We look forward to our next visit.

The house was as described. The bed was heavenly! Many vacation rentals have a MEH master bed. This one was great - very comfortable. The house is within an easy walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful as well. We had a nice relaxing few days.

4 Minute Walk to Beach and Pet Friendly

The house was perfect! A quick 4 minute walk to the beach. St Augustine is very pet friendly and our Bella loves it. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was relaxing in the pool in the evening. Glenn made check in easy and accommodated an early check in for us. Highly recommend the property.

Family Vacay

We loved this property and the pool. It was perfect for our family and pets. The location was great. House was nice but very dark for a beach house Pool area needs some attention. Overall the house was clean and had the basics. Close to the beach and shopping. Nice short drive to St. Augustine. Being from up north I expected to see pastels and lighter furnishings and a lux pool area.

Wonderful time.

The property is in an ideal location, just a 3 minute walk to Butler beach. The house was very clean and Glenn is a very helpful, responsive and professional host. The day we got home, we booked next year's vacation in the same spot. St. Augustine is a interesting city with a lot to offer. Thanks Glenn, you're the best!

Home is a keeper!!!

Great house with all the amenities and super clean with easy arrival and departure instructions. The pool is outstanding and was a refreshing part of the end of our beach day. Working with Glenn, the owner was simply sensational as he communicated with us with any need that we may have had. If you’re in the Saint Augustine area looking for a great house with a dynamite pool and easy access to the beach and then a great location to restaurants. I would suggest you choose this amazing place.

Outstanding

Communications with the owner was super-fast, it was like dealing with a close friend. Very friendly. House is clean and a great location. 10-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute drive to downtown. Pool is nice but be advised, there's no heater so this time of year the water is pretty cold. Then again, I'm FROM Florida so I'm wimpy about cold anything. I will definately stay here again!
