The location and space of this condo are excellent. It easily slept six adults, and there is plenty of common space The upkeep is lacking, and the layout is a bit quirky. In its current state, I would not consider this a luxury condo. It has potential though. Because of the space and location, I would stay again.

Race week experience

The condo was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked. Great location. Awesome view of the beach and waves. It is a little dated and could use some updates in painting, repairs, cleaning services. But none of these got in our way.

Family vacation

Wonderful stay! The condo had all the essentials of home. Absolutely stunning views from the rooftop patio! Location was great - easy to get to downtown and close to shopping. The beach was quiet, family friendly, and beautiful!! Enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court! Worked great with each family having their own bedroom and bathroom. Easiest check in/check out we have ever had! Would highly recommend this condo and would certainly come again!!

Beautiful despite Milton

The property is exactly what is presented online. Heartbreaking that we had to leave early due to hurricane Milton. Glad we left because 8 hours later there was a mandatory evacuation. Hopefully owner and I can work out the two day difference in our stay and fees

Inconvenience

The room was satisfactory, however, there was only 1 elevator, and it was located at the back of the complex. That made for a long walk every day to either go to the ocean or go to the pool. By the end of our stay, we were exhausted from all the walking we had to do.

St Augustine Beach

The unit was nicely located and had a very well equipped kitchen. The Induction stove was a little difficult to get used too. The Condo Rental Company was excellent! They immediately took care of any problems we had. A great thank you to Matthew and Jennifer. Also Laura at the condo office couldn't have been nicer! She is an excellent asset to the condo!

St Augustine

Views and location were wonderful! Whenever this condo was built, it definitely was a luxury condo. It needs some serious updates and tlc now. Upon checkout we notified the host of the serious health/safety issues but got no response. One bedroom ceiling has black mold above the window stretching the entire length of the wall in a strip three inches wide. Fire detector mounting plate is on the ceiling but the fire detector is missing. There is a ball of wires sticking out of the bottom of a bedroom door frame covered in dust bunnies probably from an old unprofessional modification. One bathroom was modified definitely not professionally. Toilet was moved into what might have been a closet. When seated you can almost wash your hands at the same time. We discovered the toilet paper roll is mounted on the inside of the sink cabinet which cannot be opened unless you are standing because your knees will not allow the door to open. Solid surface countertops in the kitchen are cracked all the way through from front to back in several places. Ceramic sink in the kitchen is spiderweb cracked entirely. Pretty much all of the furniture is very old with the exception of the living room and dining room furniture. Looks like the luxury vinyl flooring is relatively new also. Kitchen appliances, dishes and such are nice. Large patio was nice to have! With some updating and tlc this could be called luxury, but not now.
