Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus just might feel like your beach home away from home. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the comfort of your balcony chairs. There is a sofa and several cushioned chairs in the living room area, so sit back and enjoy the view of the 50" Flat Screen TV. A ceiling fan keeps the beach breezes blowing. When you are ready to rest, pull down the full sized Murphy Bed cabinet and enjoy a real full sized mattress. There is laminate flooring in the living room and tile in the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular stove and oven. The bathroom was updated to include a new tub and surround. In the private bedroom there is laminate flooring, a King sized bed, another 40" Flat Screen TV and ceiling fan. This condo is charming and will be a great suite to keep the whole family happy. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Perfect

The perfect spot to enjoy the beach. It’s not a far drive from any of the tourist spots. We would definitely stay again. We arrived after the front desk was closed due to flight delays but they were able to send us the information and we had no problems getting into our unit at 1 am.

The office staff and all others related to the care and conveniences operated above and beyond with friendly and courteous demeanor. Very helpful!

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Beacher’s Lodge for 5 years, we have a child that sees a specialist in Gainesville yearly and we always choose Beacher’s Lodge (even though it’s 1 1/2 hrs away) because the rooms are always clean, the view is phenomenal, staff is friendly as well as the other guests on the property. I have recommended this place to my mom and they are planning on staying the next time they go that way. Everything that was in the description was exactly how our room was. This trip we just hung out at the beach but the kids loved it. I definitely recommend staying here!!

This year, we noticed the grounds were better than ever, as far as maintenance and cleanliness. Karen our housekeeper was more than attentive to our needs, and always with a smile, and keeping our condo clean, as ever. Shea, as always so friendly and so helpful. Al and the guys were always smiling, friendly, and working hard! The front desk people always welcoming and accommodating , especially Ricky and Paulette.We look forward to our stay next year!

We booked with Beachers strictly off of web reviews and I can concur that it was the perfect stay! We enjoyed our condo it was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 5 year old daughter. The Murphy bed that pulled down was just as comfy as the master bed! Room service everyday was an extra nice surprise We weren't expecting! The view were phenomenal and the heated pool perfectly clean and very enjoyable! Check in and out was easy and all staff we encountered were super nice! We'll be back!
