Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

This colorful 2nd floor balcony suite is located in the sweet spot of the building, right in the middle, which is close to the pool and beach access. There is a small table on the balcony if you want to have breakfast with the sunrise. This condo has a full kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven. The large 32" flat screen TV in the living room will be your only distraction from the beautiful ocean view. The queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room has a memory foam mattress and provides the perfect accommodation for your guests in the living room area. The bathroom is cheerful with a brand new tub and well lit vanity area. The private bedroom has a brand new Serta queen bed in the bedroom will be the perfect spot to enjoy the ceiling fan and the 26" flat screen TV. This unit has laminate flooring in the bedroom so it might just be the perfect beach condo for you! NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Great property, as pictured. Spectacular views from 2nd Floor private balcony. Clean and quiet during our mid-week stay. Everything you need in kitchen, bath and furniture for a comfortable upscale hotel room. Ample parking and accessible ramps and elevator. Heated pool and large deck area with private elevated walkway to the beach.

However, they could be in the bed, as well. I don't know. Just know I have bites.

We came for our planned trip but it so happened right after Idalia and no power for 4 days, much needed vacation. Tallia, was our housekeeper and she was wonderful, very pleasant and she made our stay even better. The condo was clean an updated, loved the view of the ocean. Thank you and we will be back

Great Getaway

Don't know when the floors were mopped last. Pool was clean. Overall good place just not for us.

I feel the price is fair not too high not too low. The bed was extremely comfortable. Condo was quiet. Had anything and everything you could possibly want. The balcony was great you could sit out there have your morning coffee with a beautiful water view. The living room furniture is okay not the fanciest so if you're looking for fancy schmancy you might want to go elsewhere. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back.

We always visit Washington Oaks park, Matanzas inlet, the fort ,anastasia park, the old city, and vilano beach. for nature walks with great views . The restaurants in this area of Florida are the best in the state. The local shrimp are the best all the way up to mayport. We really like Beacher's Lodge.

I had two T-shirt’s, and my daughter swim bottoms with bleach stains from leaning on the bathroom sink. I think when the sink got wet and we leaned on it the dry cleaning solution was still on the surface and caused bleaching in our clothing.
