THE HOUSE IS THE 4TH HOUSE OFF THE OCEAN, SO JUST A SHORT WALK OVER THE DUNE TO THE BEACH!! UNIT A HAS BEEN REDECORATED AND REPAINTED THIS YEAR WITH A TOTAL BEACH COTTAGE THEME. WAINSCOTTING IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM- CEILINGS AND WALLS! NEW FULL BATH UPSTAIRS WITH DOUBLE SINK, AND HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES! ALSO OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER AND OF COURSE THE HEATED POOL IN THE BACKYARD OASIS!! FOR ME A PERFECT DAY IS TO GO TO THE BEACH, RETURN HOME FOR A COCKTAIL IN THE POOL AND THEN SHOWER AND ENJOY THE SUNSET ON YOUR UPPER DECK WITH OCEANVIEW!
