Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

We love that we could walk through a beautiful neighborhood, a couple blocks and then over the bridge to Saint Augustine. This is a lovely property just across the Lions Bridge from historic St Augustine. It’s an easy walk and very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for an early morning walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pleased with the furnishings, bedding, and towels. Home was very clean and equipped with some coffee, sugar, creamer, bath soap & shampoo, bottled water and even some snacks. Location is perfect because it is in a quiet neighborhood and you could walk to St. Augustine downtown.

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is the perfect size for a couple and is only walking distance to downtown (super cool to turn a corner and be able to walk over the bridge), as well as just a few minute drive to the beach. Chris was very helpful and considerate. The place was very clean, bright, freshly updated and as represented. It's a great location... convenient to St. A, but across the bridge so that you don't have to deal with the crazy parking issues!! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
