This comfortable third floor, two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo has a direct eastern view. You will enjoy spectacular sunrises from the grand room, dining, kitchen area, master bedroom suite and balcony. The grand room amenities include a flat screen TV with DVD player, a sleeper sofa, and a full mirrored wall behind the sofa enhances the panoramic ocean view. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and TV with a built in DVD player, is attached to the master bathroom, and has balcony access. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds, a flat screen TV, and is just across the hall from the guest bathroom. The unit features a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dinnerware, linens for bed and bath, a full sized washer and dryer, and wireless internet. The kitchen has a brand new oven, fridge, and microwave as of April 2019. You will have everything you need for your vacation as this condo is equipped with dinner and cookware, linens, cable TV, wireless internet, and a full sized washer and dryer. Anastasia Condos is a beautiful gated community with amenities that include a heated pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball court, private walkover to the beach, and three elevators. Historic downtown is located just a short drive down A1A where you will find load of local restaurants, family activities, and ample things to do. All of the Anastasia Condo units are smoking free and not pet friendly.

Overall nice due to oceanfront view--needs newer opaque shades that will block bright morning sun but allow you to still see the view.Could use some upgrades to kitchen and family room furniture.
