This wonderful 2cd floor ocean front Colony Reef Club condo boasts amazing panoramic views of the ocean and beach. You can hear the Atlantic Oceans waves crashing against the seashore. Seaside Sunrise is located in the Colony Reef Club condo complex offering gated access, two pools (indoor heated pool and oceanfront ), tennis (pickleball & Racquetball) courts, outdoor playground & workout room. Seaside Sunrise has been equipped with all the essentials for your relaxing pleasure!

Master bedroom offers a King size bed with attached bathroom, the second guest room features a Queen& Full bed plus a sleeping nook with two twin beds. Seaside Sunrise also offers a pack n play and highchair for the younger crowd. All new linens and towels, bath and beach provided plus beach cart and beach chairs. The kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops offers enough utensils and bakeware needed to whip up that feast. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to grill up some shrimp on the provided electric grill and enjoy dining al fresco while utilizing the outdoor furniture and dining table. Heading to the beach for the easy utilizing the newly renovated boardwalk.

We really enjoyed the condo this week! It’s nicely updated and well located in the complex with easy access to the outdoor pool and beach! The beach was beautiful and our kids played for hours. We also enjoyed the gorgeous view from our balcony. We’d definitely stay again!!

Great location and property. The pool and hot tub close early. If you want a place where there won’t be any evening noise from the pool area, it’s great. If you want to be able to take a night dip, that won’t be an option.

Very nice

Very nice unit, lots of space and well equipped, enjoyed the margarita machine, too! Third bedroom area was just what we needed with three teenage kids, worked out perfectly. Nice ocean view and walking distance to pool and ocean was short. Pool area was great, and grassy area in center of complex was great for kids to setup volleyball net and play with new friends they made during the week. Unit provided decent beach chairs and beach wagon, which came in very handy. Would stay at same unit next time.

This property was so great for our family vacation! Comfortable condo, clean, close to restaurants (try the Seafood Kitchen right down the street), and beautiful beach! One plus, a really nice surprise, is the condo building has food and treat trucks visit daily!

Great Condo!

We loved this 3 bedroom condo. It was clean, updated and fully stocked. Great location to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the large, clean pool, sauna and of course the beautiful beach a short boardwalk away. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Would definitely come back!

We loved the location, so close to shopping, dining, and a Parkinson’s center for my husband. Beautiful beach. Condo nicely furnished, except not really for cooking which is what I usually find in beach rentals. Would go again.

Nice condo and complex

We really enjoyed our stay at seaside sunrise at colony reef club. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed for our beach vacation. We had an issue with one of the toilets. Management came and fixed the problem right away. The complex was also very nice and convenient to grocery stores and tourists attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, oceanfront condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaside Sunrise! The name of the condo is VERY fitting as we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee, and watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning. The condo was clean, cozy, and cutely decorated. The amenities including the pool, hot tub, easy beach access, and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine were great… We’d definitely stay again at this property!!

Family vacation

Stayed 7/9-7/16, our family had a great week. Views from balcony are great. Easy access to beach, especially with the beach cart to haul all gear. Unit is great, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels to use. Washer and dryer are great amenity all families will enjoy. Property was great huge outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball. Thanks again.

Fabulous weekend at the beach

We stayed here 5/19-2/23. We live about 45 minutes inland and rent beachfront homes/condos often. This is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Super cute beachy decor, unit fully stocked with lots of towels, kitchen items, beach gear, games, etc. I think we were the first renters for this new owner. Everything was fresh and like new. We celebrated our college son's bday and had friends of ours and both the kids come out and help us celebrate. Everyone was very impressed with the unit. Will hope to stay here again in the future.
