Ideally located in the historic St. Augustine neighborhood just two blocks north of Flagler College, 9 Sevilla offers three separate rental accommodations. Each have been completely renovated and provide a wonderful taste of the city's history and charm, as well as easy walking access to the restaurants, landmarks, and shops of St. George Street. We have designated and reserved parking for each unit as well. 9 Sevilla is perfect for those attending a St. Augustine Wedding, Visiting their children at Flagler College, or just a fun week in the oldest city in the America! We look forward to hosting you!
Nestled in the back of our property is our relaxing and private above the garage apartment. Outfitted with all you’ll need for your time here in the Ancient City and an easy spot to retreat back to after a busy day or fun night on the town. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath with a walk in shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
St. Augustine is a unique spot on Florida's coast. The historic down town portion of our city is lively and full of exciting historical attractions, musical events, cultural festivals, fantastic restaurants, and beautiful architecture. The beach here is gorgeous and relatively quiet compared to many other Florida destinations. St. Augustine is the perfect location for a family trip. My family and I have lived here for over twenty years and have enjoyed every minute. 9 Sevilla is an easy stroll to the center of town. The beach is only a quick drive across the Bridge of Lions and you are on Anastasia Island. We are also only 15-20 minutes to I-95 and only 45 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport.

We loved this VRBO! It was so clean and everything was new. The location can't be beat if you want to explore beautiful historic St Augustine. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this little abode. It was perfectly equipped with everything you needed for a getaway. Very clean, the host was very helpful and friendly, and it was located in easy walking distance to yummy restaurants for any meal! With family in town, we will certainly make this a place we look to stay!
Very cute and clean apartment that had everything we needed. Perfect for 2 people. Walking distance to historic St George Street, waterfront, fort, etc. the host, my Egan was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
This apartment was perfect for our quick weekend to St. Augustine! My 3 year old daughter and I stayed here and had a blast. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and parks. There’s a playground right down the street too that we visited. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone!
My wife and I wanted to spend the weekend in the Old City. Morgan was an excellent Host. The studio apartment was very well thought out, and it was immaculately clean. A number of great restaurants are within easy walking distance. I would recommend 9 Sevilla Street without hesitation.
This unit was so clean, well decorated and was perfect location. My service dog and I stayed two nights and wish we’d stayed longer. Morgan, the property manager was extremely polite and accommodating. We will be back for sure! 10/10
My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (5 & 7) and it was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend getaway! Says it sleeps 3 but the couch has a pullout bed that we used for our boys and since we were out exploring most of the time, the space was perfect for us. It is a perfect location, being within a short walking distance to St. George Street. Morgan (host) was so generous, responded quickly any time I reached out, and was very accommodating. Definitely a 10/10 and we will definitely look to stay again!
We had a fabulous stay here in St Augustine. The accommodation was quiet, clean and modern in design and was set within the proximity to everything we needed to see and enjoy. We will definitely stay here again, great host as well.
Property was immaculate & exactly what we wanted for a quick weekend away. It was so nice to meet our host, Morgan. We were able to leave our car parked at the house & take a quick walk to historic St Augustine, restaurants, etc. We especially enjoyed the tour of the St. Augustine Distillery & live music at The Milltop Tavern. We’d love to make a return trip & stay there again.
Great location. Clean. Modern. Attending a wedding in downtown St. Augustine and our family stayed in all three units at 9 Sevilla. It was perfect!!!! Would recommend it to anyone. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Saint Augustine. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and historic sites.
My fiancé and I visited St Augustine for a relaxing weekend away. We LOVED 9 Sevilla. It was such a cute and comfortable apartment. You can’t beat the location, as it’s an easy walk into town. Check-in and out was a breeze with Morgan. 10/10 recommend!!
